Absolutely beautiful guest house in a great location ,so clean and the bed was really comfortable.Very nice shower and plenty of room .Parking straight outside as it wasn’t a busy time .Paul the owner let us know we had left a jacket and t-shirt on the back of the door and has Posted it on for us .Will definitely be back .

The room was immaculate and the en-suite, which seemed to have just been renovated. Our only real concern was the extractor from the bathroom went into the bedroom. Therefore so did all the steam etc from the bathroom.

Lovely clean accommodation. Good location. Friendly owner. Fully equipped room. Comfortable bed. Fan provided which was welcomed as it was quite warm and we had to close the window due to traffic noise up to around midnight. Didn’t detract from our enjoyment but I’d likely request a room that wasn’t on the front visiting again

We were greeted by Paul on arrival who showed us up to the room. The room overlooked the cricket ground it was light and airy and decorated nicely. Little comfort items in the bathroom such as toiletries were a nice touch.
It’s a great location to walk to Peasholm Park or into town and would definitely recommend Paul and the Ainsley Court Guest House.

Despite being misled by ********** into believing we had booked bed and breakfast, only to find it was room only. The owner Paul was absolutely brilliant. He keeps Ainsley Court spotlessly clean, well furnished and very comfortable. He provides a well appointed dining room so you can take food and eat it in there. Now we know Paul does not do breakfast ,we would definitely stay again

It was a lovely clean hotel we enjoyed our stay and it was covid safe when we sothe owner on the stair and cleaning rooms they had mask on we have been in 13 different hotels in Scarborough and this is the one we will return to and recommend thanks for a wonderful stay
