Fantastic had a lovely stay

1. Property cleanliness in bathrooms is terrible 2. On check in no bags in bins or tea towels or washing liquid or dishwasher tablets 3. Car parking spot terrible for visitor meant to be included never enough spots to park felt unsafe to park outside 4. Sleeping and terrible noise happened got up to see and bubbles pouring out of toilet all over bathroom floor unable to contact anyone to help and if we did we found out would have charged a call out fee Plumbing from someone else had obviously came to our toilet plumbing really disgusting and un hygienic

It was a nice apar**ent. Little disappointing though. There were marks on living ceiling (mould? Maybe something from air conditioner? When the blinds were rolled down they were fairly dirty. There were other peoples belongings in property. Empty drink bottles under bed, childrens toys/pencils in lounge. Signs up asking not to use items. Safe/ stove exhaust.

For three night stay no clean towels, linen, soap or even toilet paper replaced. Bathroom was dirty on arrival. Looked like urine was on the wall near toilet paper. Was deceived when booking - room had no balcony or view. Very ordinary

Upon arrival it took 5 attempts to be let me through the entrance as they considered my voice male? The unit was full of mould and smelt awful.

The room needs som upgrading, alot of mould around the window area and a sensor alarm going off for 2 whole nights. The building itself and facilities are great.

Handy to all ours needs, beautiful clean pool area, very friendly staff and the beach plus playground straight out the front

The one bedroom unit was spacious, clean and tidy.. The down side, it required minor maintenance. Once this was passed onto the property manager, it was taken under control.

Beach front, plenty of parking, amenities nearby, good facilities in the property, we enjoyed our stay.
