Everything was ok except no one was there to check in so we had a hard time getting in touch with the manager to open the door for us. The neighbors helped us to reach out to her and finally we got the code to get in. Location was great we right in the center of everything. The roof look completely different than what was on the website there was a bunch of stuff up there you could not hang around there.

The hotel is attached to their own Amaia NIGHT CLUB. So, if you plan to sleep before 3:30am, or really anytime between 8pm and 4am you will be listening to club music while your bed vibrates to the beats. At least you can enjoy the lyrics, since it's so loud. The pool is very nice looking, but I didn't see a single guest use it. The rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, and big TV. The room was the size of a shoebox for $150 USD I really expected way way more. After the first night I asked them to cancel my 3rd night so I could leave early, but they denied my request to refund, blaming it on Trip.com policy and outside factors they can't control (the noise coming from their own 'Amaia nightclub'). I have a feeling they weren't sympathetic to my request since I'm sure every guest that stays here didn't pay $150 to sleep in a nightclub, and they get this complaint every single time a new guest gets out of bed. Also the garden rooms are really just pool side, they don't open into a 'garden' 🙄 That's one reservation I wish I could take back.

Si reservas en este hotel no vayas a la habitación que está en el boulevard, solo hablaré de ella porq no se cómo están las otras. Pésimo, el ruido del antro es terrible, tuve q ponerme tapones para medio dormir y seguido a ello no hay nadie q te atienda para una necesidad de papel o shampoo porq todo es por whats y no están las 24hrs, pesimo

Regular El hotel es bonito y tiene un concepto interesante, la decoración estuvo bien y la cama era cómoda. El problema eran los insectos, había muchísimos mosquitos dentro se la habitación y nos picaron en cuanto entramos a la.habitacion, era muy difícil librarse de ellos, lo bueno fue que pudimos encontrar algo en una farmacia cercana para alejarlos. También la presión de la regadera era muy baja.

Buen trato, muchos detalles, buena atención, solamente mejorar el Internet

Desafortunadamente caimos en lo que mostraron las fotos, ojo con reservar el “estudio” ya que esta fuera del hotel y no conecta con la alberca. La señora de intendencia que entrega la habitación se puede decir que no atiende las necesidades del huesped ya que le preguntamos sobre la habitación que nos dieron y su respuesta fue “ yo no sé e nada” afortunadamente estamos en espera del reembolso ya que al no gustarnos lo que nos ofrecieron en la página nos van a reembolsar
