We recently stayed at this hotel and were truly impressed by nearly every aspect of our visit. The rooms were spotless and spacious, the amenities were excellent, and the service from the staff was warm and welcoming throughout. The hotel’s location is ideal, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful details that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, we did experience a significant issue during our stay that affected our overall comfort. We had booked a deluxe room, which had a connecting door to another deluxe room, Unfortunately, the door was not soundproof, and on one of the nights, guests in the adjacent room were extremely loud throughout the night. The noise came straight through the connecting door, and it was so disruptive that my family and I barely slept. What made the situation more difficult was how it was handled. We reported the problem to the hotel, but instead of addressing the disturbance at its source, we were asked to move to another room — despite not being at fault. This created unnecessary inconvenience and discomfort for us, especially with children. Additionally, I would strongly recommend that the hotel ensures these doors are properly locked by default, as we noticed they could be easily opened, which can be dangerous when children are present. In summary, while the hotel truly excels in quality, service, and experience overall, I hope management seriously considers improving sound insulation between connected rooms and revising their approach to conflict resolution to ensure all guests enjoy a restful stay.

房間寬敞明亮。但清潔程度應該比這更好。地板角落還有一隻小蜘蛛和一些白色牆漆上的污垢。看起來他們沒有為即將入住的客人準備房間。除此之外，飯店還不錯。服務一般，不好也不壞。但我在飯店裡並沒有感受到泰式的熱情好客，可能是因為很少泰國人在那裡工作，只有在水療中心工作。

Sehr schönes, großes Resort in den grünen Bergen. Man kann hier gut entspannen und hat eine optimale Ausgangsbasis für die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Zimmer sind großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Kletterparadies und Pool sind für Kinder Highlights. Essen ist sehr gut. Musik auf der Dachterrasse fand ich gut, an Tagen ohne Musik ist abends nichts los. Bar am Pool schließt um 18:00.

我們旅行時並沒有計劃住這家酒店，而是同一座山（Sahab）上的災難酒店的替代品。 房間非常漂亮，食物美味。很棒的水療中心。絕對推薦。該建築群規模龐大。對於行走困難的人來說可能不太適合。

Nous avons passé une nuit en couple dans cet hôtel, la dernière de notre séjour à Oman et le plus bel hôtel de notre sejour. L'accueil à été très chaleureux et professionnel. Le complexe est très grand et étendu. La chambre est elle aussi très grande, le lit super king size, une agréable terrasse et une salle de douche impeccable. Tout a l'air neuf, très propre. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine, trop fraîche à cette saison, mais elle est très belle et grande. Nous avons mangé au restaurant The View, à l'étage. Très bon, le plus cher de notre séjour accessoirement mais ce sont les prix des restos d'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était absolument délicieux et archi complet, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Bref, le grand luxe. Nous avons adoré et serions bien restés une nuit de plus.
