We recently stayed at this hotel and were truly impressed by nearly every aspect of our visit. The rooms were spotless and spacious, the amenities were excellent, and the service from the staff was warm and welcoming throughout. The hotel’s location is ideal, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful details that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, we did experience a significant issue during our stay that affected our overall comfort. We had booked a deluxe room, which had a connecting door to another deluxe room, Unfortunately, the door was not soundproof, and on one of the nights, guests in the adjacent room were extremely loud throughout the night. The noise came straight through the connecting door, and it was so disruptive that my family and I barely slept. What made the situation more difficult was how it was handled. We reported the problem to the hotel, but instead of addressing the disturbance at its source, we were asked to move to another room — despite not being at fault. This created unnecessary inconvenience and discomfort for us, especially with children. Additionally, I would strongly recommend that the hotel ensures these doors are properly locked by default, as we noticed they could be easily opened, which can be dangerous when children are present. In summary, while the hotel truly excels in quality, service, and experience overall, I hope management seriously considers improving sound insulation between connected rooms and revising their approach to conflict resolution to ensure all guests enjoy a restful stay.

The room is bright and spacious. But the cleanliness should have been done better than this,. There is also a small spider and some white wall painting dirts at the floor corner. It seems that they do not have a room prepared for the coming checked in guests. Others than that, the hotel is ok. The service is so so, not good or bad. But I don’t really feel a Thai hospitality in the hotel, may be because very few Thai propel working there, only in the spa.

La struttura è un po' una cattedrale nel deserto, forse troppo grande per le attrazioni che Jabal Akhdar offre. Comunque è tutto molto preciso e curato, le stanze sono diffuse in diversi chalet suddivisi a blocchi di 4 camere e sono molto spaziose. E' disponibile un servizio navetta gratuito per accompagnarvi alle stanze, consiederando che occorre camminare per diversi minuti per raggiungere le più lontane. In loco c'è un parco avventura ed una parete da arrampicata. La cena a buffet è molto variegata e di buon livello. La colazione ottima, c'è di tutto. Servizio attento e cordiale. Portale una felpa perchè a 2000 metri la sera fa fresco.

Sehr schönes, großes Resort in den grünen Bergen. Man kann hier gut entspannen und hat eine optimale Ausgangsbasis für die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Zimmer sind großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Kletterparadies und Pool sind für Kinder Highlights. Essen ist sehr gut. Musik auf der Dachterrasse fand ich gut, an Tagen ohne Musik ist abends nichts los. Bar am Pool schließt um 18:00.
