非常優秀,特別好,工作人員的共事行爲,我也推薦給大家,如果有人計劃參觀蘭桑博雷,請在...之前訪問這個物業,還有一件事我想補充的是,有工作人員她的名字是陳坎瓦,她是如此優秀和冷靜,在本質上有禮貌,非常致力於她的工作。

Property location is little outside the mail town but food is superb & cleanliness his best.

The last 1km route was in shambles our children had to continuously complain food very good in room dining and buffets staff very helpful our lost shoes were located and handed over children enjoyed magic fellows and the pottery bangle making ocassional rains didn't spoil stay so overall excellent stay something should be done on last mile drive that rain had spoiled

Hi, we had a wonderful stay at bookmark. We really appreciate the service provided by staff especially by yuvraj. He was very helpful and happily he provided all services. Also our 6 year old child enjoyed in plunge pool of our room. We loved th concept of plunge pool of this hotel. Enjoyed our night stay and surely will visit again and recommend to others as well. Thanks bookmark staff for excellent services.

If you think of ultimate luxury, top of the line service and best of food, the only name that strikes is Oberoi Group of Hotels. They treat their guests like Maharajas and Maharanis. Whether you are staying or just come for dinning,  there is never any difference in service. You have to experience the Oberois.  We had gone to Ranthambore, since it eas my wife's birthday,  we had booked for hi-tea with them.  Before booking they has informed us that if we would want to experience the property, we need to reach one hour before it starts. When we reached,  we were escorted to the reception area where our welcome started with a hot apple cedar drink. Then Ashishmita (in short Aashi), hope I am spelling it right, took us for a complete tour of the hotel. She was a charming and wonderful host and made a great bond between me, my wife and her. She patiently showed each and every place in the property making it mesmerizing.  Then she left us to Mr. Rahul at Reading cum Bar where tea and food was served.  He was again such a pleasant host and made very special efforts to make my better half's birthday a very special one treating us with chocolate platter and a very special mango sorbet drink. Finally when we were departing, Kamakshi made sure that our memories are well captured in camera, she took excellent pics. Just when we were about the sit in the car and leave, Aashi came running and gifted a beautiful animal print scarf to my wife. She was super thrilled and her eyes became moist. So much personal touch, unbelievable.   We shall definitely plan our next stay here only.
