Mit zwei Kindern (3und 6 Jahre alt) haben wir im The Pugmark Resort drei Tage verbracht. Die Anlage ist äußerst gepflegt, ein botanischer Garten kann nicht schöner sein. Auch die modernen Zimmer sind in gutem Zustand und werden gut gepflegt. Dir Klimaanlage ist leise und effektiv. Alle unsere Wünsche und Anliegen wurden vom sehr zuvorkommenden Personal umgehend umgesetzt. Wir hatten mit Vollpension gebucht und können das Essen sehr empfehlen. Das Buffet bietet abwechslungsreiche indische Küche und immer ein internationales chilifreies Gericht. Für unsere Kinder wurde auf Wunsch gerne individuell etwas gekocht, das sie mochten. Das Hotel legt Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit und ressourcenschonenen Umgang - eine Besonderheit in Indien. Daher gibt es warmes Wasser nur morgens bis 11:30 Uhr und abends wieder ab 17:30 Uhr. Zum Hotel gehört auch eine Farm, auf der ein Teil der Lebensmittel ökologisch angebaut wird. Diese kann *** jederzeit betreten und besichtigen. Wir bekamen dort frische rote Bette und Tomaten zum Probieren.

The Pugmark is a very, very nice place for a relaxing stay in the forest. The property is clean, well-maintained, with lush greenery all around. It refreshes both mind and body. The staff are so caring, coming up to you every few minutes to check whether you need anything, always smiling, always ready to help. And the food is excellent (chef's kiss)! The icing on the cake---the resort is pet-friendly. I am definitely coming back. Area of improvement: Please install hand rails and wheelchair ramps.

This resort provides a perfect example of exceptional hospitality and an unforgettable vacation experience. From the friendly and helpful staff to the well-equipped, comfortable rooms and stunning views, every detail contributes to a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location, especially if it's near fort.The resort consistently receives praise for its attentive and helpful staff, who go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Rooms as well as whole property are well-maintained and clean.They have high standards of cleanliness and hygiene maintained throughout the resort. The overall atmosphere of the resort is often described as tranquil and relaxing. Spacially lot of thanks to dear Sandeep ji-manger, and whole staff for made unforgettable vacation experience.

The stay was excellent, close to nature. The resort is perfect place to spend time with family. Good and tasty food, Rooms are spacious and hygienic. Courteous staff and very helpful. Sandeep ji was very polite and a good person. We will definitely visit again.

Nice staff. Sandeep ji support is extraordinary. Lal maas by Chef Bhatt is must try dish. Lovely stay. Strongly recommended. Best budget resort and it's near to Zone 1-5. Book early safari for zone 3,2&4 so that tiger sightseeing. They also provide one activity in which you can see Moon, Mars etc.

Beautiful resort, the room was simpel but all you need here! Nice staff, good service and good food! The swimming pool was great and we saw a lot of animals. You can take a good rest here and enjoy the narure! We were served very well by all the staff and we had nothing to complain. I really recommend this park!!!
