What can I say about this 1 star hotel masquerading as 4 star? The AC in the room was old and noisy, the fan was nearly as noisy, the walls were material (it was basically a tent with a hard roof). The bed was,hard, and the toilet seat was badly cracked, so it pinched your bum cherks whenever you sat down. There was no hot water in the morning so staff brought us 2 buckets of hot water. The restaurant staff understood no English at all, and the food was too spicy. The only positive thing was the cute black and white rabbits hopping around the property.

The property is located at the outskirts of the city, close to the Sherpur gate of the sanctuary . The property was well maintained and the staff was going extra mile to cater to our needs specially Mr Shyam Singh who was generous enough to take us on a ride to guava farms and greeted us with fresh home made Buttermilk . Food was superb although it didnt had variety but whatever was on the table was too good . Must visit place to have the feel of living in village with all modern amenities .

The resort is excellent and food is very good and the staff is very cooperative attended by Devender and Mr Hanuman sir support is always there. Ambiance is very good. There are also games which can be played. Mr pradeep took us for safari and we sighted tigers

If you are reading positive reviews about this place , trust me they are all paid. Nothing was good about this place. Service was pathetic, staff was rude, no facilities,food was horrible ,nothing. Our new year trip was totally ruined . Each and every guest was angry. Don't come to this place , it's a sincere advice.
