With over 100 five-star reviews on our first home Sea Breeze Casa, we are pleased to now offer this newly renovated 6 bedroom luxury estate on 25 acres with dramatic ocean views, ancient rainforest and ultimate privacy in a quiet and safe gated community. An ideal 'work from away escape' with high speed internet, privacy and security. Perfect for family gatherings, multi-family vacations, weddings or special occasions. Luxury in every detail. Stunning top floor master/ensuite. Large pool and outdoor entertainment areas. Exceptional service. Sea Breeze II is located halfway between two of Costa Rica's most famous National Parks - Manuel Antonio and Marina Ballena and is an ideal base for exploring the Southern Zone.
Part of Guapil Tropical Estates (a small gated community), Sea Breeze II is only 5 minutes off Highway 34 yet is totally tranquil and surrounded by ancient trees, a private fruit orchard with daily visits from the toucans, monkeys and pisotes. Stunning ocean views, a large saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, bar and patio dining offer ample space for entertaining or retreat into one of six luxurious bedrooms in the main house. Large gourmet kitchen, fully equipped for entertaining including bar area and wine fridge or hire a chef! Large living room, live-edge dining table/ island seats 14. Two outdoor bars to enjoy! Expansive family room on pool level. All main house bedrooms are air conditioned; as are all common areas. Entire top floor is a luxurious master bedroom/ensuite with floor to ceiling windows, soaker tub and jetted shower.
Only 10 minutes away from Dominical, a quaint beach town known for its world-class surfing, craft brewery and funky shops and restaurants. Day trips include surfing, trips to the beach, to Manuel Antonio or Marina Ballena National Parks, turtle nesting, horseback riding, waterfall tours, ATV tours, ziplining or just relax in the hammock by the pool! BOOK IT!
We had a group of 11 adults for a joint bachelorette party. The property manager, Wil, was the most critical part of our experience—he was WONDERFUL! He went above and beyond with everything we asked for. Transfers, tours, private chef services! It is about a 3 hour ride from the airport and one of the bedrooms has a separate entrance outside of the home. The couple that stayed there preferred the privacy so it was perfect. All the rooms are spacious and well kept. We used the pool every evening before dinner—you can’t beat the ocean and jungle views. We hope to visit again very soon!!

Amazing property! It is a bit of a drive from San Jose, but well worth it. We saw every animal we were hoping to see right from the patio ( except a sloth ). The house itself was amazing and had everything you would want to feel at home. Wil was quick to respond to every question and request that we had, and everyone on his staff were amazing. Be prepared there are bugs, you’re in the rainforest, but they were some of the coolest things to see. This was a hard place to leave. Thank you Suzanne and Wil for a great trip!

Amazing
Beautiful, modern house! Easier to get to but still Beautiful view's. Garden and landscape with all the flowers and trees are incredible. Outside grill and grill area needs an update

Beautiful Tropical Location
The whole family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home and country of Costa Rica! The road up to the home is a bit of a journey (but with 4 wheel drive no problem) but it is so worth it when you get to the home. The views are incredible from every window and deck. Wil, the property manager was so accommodating and easy to work with. If we return to Costa Rica this will be our choice to stay! Thanks again Suzanne, you have a lovely property!

Great Vacation
We had a great vacation. We had 14 people in our group. Our kids loved the pool and the house has great outdoor seating. Wil was always available and super helpful.

Tropical birds flying
What is beautiful place! We saw parrots and toucans flying around the property every day. The house is roomy and open with views of the gorgeous property. Will the property manager was nice and helpful whenever we had questions.

60th Birthday Celebration
The property was just as explained in all the reviews and descriptions we read. We arrived later in the evening than anticipated, but Wil was in contact and had one of assistants (Monkey) meet us at the turnoff to the house. Monkey was very thorough and took us up the dirt road and through the 2 security gates to reach the house. Once at the house, Monkey took us through each room in detail right down to the light switches. The road is as described in other reviews, very drivable but need 4-wheel drive.
There were 12 people in our party, all over the age of 50 so we utilized all the bedrooms even the one with the entrance on ground level. This room is habitable but not as nice as the ones in the main house and the couple that stayed in that room enjoyed the seclusion but shared it with extra unanticipated critters from the outside (lizards, worms) as it is on ground level in a jungle.
We had four excursions and three catered meals with Wil Tours. We did the ATV Tour, the National Park, Monkey Boat Tour and the Cruise. Wil had given us a price for the Monkey Boat Tour and the three meals, the ATV tour was to be paid in real time based on single or double riders. When we went to pay Wil in cash (preferred) at the prearranged price Wil's wife very kindly let him know he had missed calculated the numbers and we owed more money per person. My advice, pay for the tours in real time. Alex was our adventure guide for all the tours, he was FABULOUS! Highly recommend him.Great Trip

Great for the family!
Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze II. Great house, the location is a real WOW, and great support from the owner and property manager. We have to give this place full marks. We wish we were there now!

Paradise in the jungle…but with ants
This place is stunning. Unfortunately it is not properly cleaned and is overrun with ants.
