The service at the front desk was excellent: friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms were better than expected. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Clean. The parking lot was on multiple levels attached to the hotel. So if you are living on the 5th floor then you could park on the 5th floor and use your room key to enter the hotel on the 5th floor. The location was ok, but not really close to any of the main attractions of Savannah. You will need to drive around 15-20 minutes to go to the main areas.

Well. We arrived and found out our room wouldnt be ckeaned for a few days. 1000 dollars and no cleaning. We ran out of towels , trash overflowing and no coffee. Asked for the stuff. We were given a huge and i mean huge bag for trash. New towels. Coffee stuff nope. New linnens nope. Clean bathroom nope. We saw cleaning person next day. Gave her 5 bucks for a tip. Cane back. NOTHING WAS CLEANED. she took the money and didnt clean. This soga continued for days. The pic below is the bag we were given. When the 2nd cleaning person came she never ckeaned the toilet and left this huge bag. Flip side all front desk people and mgrs were very kind

When we arrived at the hotel and checked into the room the sofa bed was broken and the mattress had stains on it. The sofa bed was already pulled out like someone just got of bed. There was used towels on the floor in the bathroom. We told the front desk. So we where moved a new room. In the new room the toilet was broken along the shower. Both rooms had a strong smelling Oder. Which we had to spray Fabris in order to make the room smell comfortable.

The shower's glass door and glass wall had soap scum and the grout lines on the floor of the bathroom were stained with mold. Room felt uncleaned. Parking garage is too compact for a larger vehicle.

We had to ask for towels, three times the shower did not drain and we had to go to three people to get checked in early as they would not let us check in even though we asked for early check-in and were told we could have it. In a four nights day, our room was only cleaned once, think it should’ve been every other day

Hotel front desk clerk in the wrong job—not customer oriented. I needed non-feather pillows; she insisted they were foam. I had to take them down to show her. No apology. Also had to go get my own extra linens for sofa bed. Got a dirty look when I asked for an extra roll of tp. There were no extra rolls in room. Water cooler with lemons was empty. Shower glass needed cleaning. Made reservation online with all fees included, but still charged for parking. No Kleenex in room. Condition of room was fine. TV was on in room when we arrived; had someone just left? Full breakfast, though, to get one going.

We stayed just for one night as planned and found everything to our liking, It was a comfortable place to stay, not overly expensive but certainly could have been less. At least parking should have been included in the price. Other than that I would still recommend it to others and probably stay another time.

Looked ok. Checking in staff was good. Got to the room and it was ok until we saw these tiny pillows on the bed. A little odd for a king bed. My wife saw disgusting hair in the bathroom on the floor. If you are in the area look for something else.

Decor was right on. Very clean and open. Lots of light that makes it inviting. Love that each floor has access to the parking deck. Everyone was SO nice!
