GLo Best Western Savannah-Gateway I-95

Fint hotell rett ved motorveien, enkelt å finne frem. Stort rom med deilig seng og stort bad. Gratis parkering. Enkel frokost inkludert. Ett par spisesteder i gåavstand hvis man trenger det.

Receptionist was terrible, i felt i was being held hostage. Forced us to leave a $150 incidental held on my credit card. Said it would be returned in 3 days after che k out. Room smelled and made me feel ill. Asked for other room and she was condecending about it saying "i dont see a need to change room" because i was in room 20 min before asking to change room at front desk. Told me to leave if i didnt like room with would forfit the cost of the room and probably would have kept my $150 incidental. Attendant had absolutly no guest service experience and no people skills. Did not get any sleep as smell in room kept me up. She claimed she called me on my cell while looking to see if room could be changed but she hadno intention of helping us and flat out lied about calling me.

Shower enclosure leaked over the floor Start of mold on Shower ceiling. Rust on shower metal No exhaust fan in bathroom. Room thermostat difficult to operate Safe in room locked from previous occupants. Breakfast was inedible Waffle maker broken. Biscuits hard as a hockey puck. Eggs runny sausage patties tasteless. Overall a bad experience. Hotel clerk seemed unphased and indifferent when we voiced our concerns Surprised that Best Western associated with this product.

Facility is very clean and updated. It was the staff that was the issue. I checked in late at around 1am or so after being on the road all day. I am a singer-songwriter and tour up and down the east coast through out the year so my hours are not your normal 9 to 5 job. Anyways, I got a late checked out for noon and was reassured twice before I went to my room that my account was marked for a noon check out. 10:30am rolls around and there's a worker going around to EVERY room banging on and slamming doors. When she got to mine at about 10:40am she started banging to see if I was still in there. I opened the door and explained to her I had a late check out (I also had the "do not disturb" sign on my door handle!). I then respectfully asked her to quit slamming doors up and down the hallway! 11:10am rolls around and the front desk is calling my room! They said check out was 11am and the person I just spoke to said I was staying an extra night. I couldn't believe any of this. I told them that they better not charge me for an extra night and that I had requested and was told I could have a noon check out when I checked in. They said it wasn't marked on my account but now it is. At this point I was wide awake so I just packed my stuff and checked out. I had a 9 hour drive ahead of me and wasn't rested at all. Y'all really need to check yourself. Stop knocking on doors before the actual check out! I paid to sleep and not be disturbed!

No problem with the hotel itself but upon entering the hotel and checking in is where things went bad. It wasn’t done correctly so I got charged on my account for the whole stay even though I paid it in full before leaving home. So our travel money was affected. So no money was actually returned until I returned back home from my anniversary trip. We wanted to leave 1 day early and wanted to charge for half that day. We were scheduled to stay for 5 but because of their mistake we needed to leave on day 5.

Choose this hotel for our stop on the way. Hotel kept the $300 deposit for the 2 rooms booked absolutely theft at this point. Claimed both rooms had urine all over it and other damages. Me and my family arrived the showered slept and was on our way. 1st Will be filling a complaint with the Georgia attorney general's consumer protection division for this theft. 2. Will file a complaint with federal trade commission. 3rd. will Also will file for a refund on my capital one credit card. 4th. will file a complaint with **********.

Terrible customer service. Tammy the GM was rude and disrespectful. I was charged for services I did not receive and she told me she was aware that I didn’t receive the services but since I went through a third party there is nothing they can do about it and then just hung up.

Rude workers at the front desk. Beds were horrible, and we didn’t get any sleep because the people in the room upstairs were stomping around until after midnight.
