Receptionist was terrible, i felt i was being held hostage. Forced us to leave a $150 incidental held on my credit card. Said it would be returned in 3 days after che k out. Room smelled and made me feel ill. Asked for other room and she was condecending about it saying "i dont see a need to change room" because i was in room 20 min before asking to change room at front desk. Told me to leave if i didnt like room with would forfit the cost of the room and probably would have kept my $150 incidental. Attendant had absolutly no guest service experience and no people skills. Did not get any sleep as smell in room kept me up. She claimed she called me on my cell while looking to see if room could be changed but she hadno intention of helping us and flat out lied about calling me.
