The stay was lovely. Plesant staff. The only downside was the breakfast was not good. We arrived about 7-ish, so fairly early based on the 0630-0900 time frame. The eggs were very watery and the grits lumpy. The buscuits were fair but the gravy was not. I would stay again but eat breakfast somewhere else. All in all, nice accommodations and perfect location to Tanger Outlet for dinning and shopping.

Room without a tv remote. Only one person at front desk. He was also same person who was looking for an extra remote around the hotel, etc. no food/drinks in the pantry area. Very loud in our room. Could hear everything out our door.

The room renovations were great! Beautiful. The bed was comfortable, but the refrigerator and AC was noisy. There was a man speaking loudly in Spanish and shuffling around some kind of glass containers. We didn't sleep well due to the noise. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The hotel staff was pleasant and very helpful. Unfortunately, the hot tub was entirely too hot to use and the pool walls could have been cleaner above the water line.

The hotel is renovated & very nice. Staff is great. Needed a little more heat in room 108, but the room was great.

Beds were comfy. Very disappointed the hot tub was not working, as this is the only reason we stayed there. We called before booking to ensure hot tub was working.

The room was spacious and I loved the shower. So much room. Nice hot water. And I loved not having to step into a bathtub. The staff were super friendly and the bed was pretty comfortable. We ended up staying there the whole week. Worked perfect.

Wonderful big room. Modern. Unfortunately noisy, Oldside people, people in the hall and slamming doors between 4:30 to 5:30 AM.
