Be prepared to pay many additional fees upon checking in. You’ll need both cash and an additional credit card. It’s ridiculous.

This property was perfectly situated near the highway. It was close to restaurants and not far at all from the downtown Savannah attractions that brought my family up here. The hotel was clean the pool and hot tub were clean. There was one incident, we had four adults in our party and needed more towels as there was none down at the pool and we all needed to shower. When we approached the woman at the counter for the towels she had questions us as to what we did with the other ones. This was off putting. We explained (like I listed when I booked the room) there were four adults. Upon check in the room only came with two towels, a floor towel and two wash clothes. Outside of this, we had an amazing time! The free breakfast was delicious we enjoyed the waffles.

licensed service dog, then booked into the wrong room finally booked into the correct firm and with a service dog they decided to put us next to the exit with a room that could have a connector so therefore, we heard all of next door is noise and even though we can plan three times upstairs at a dance party all night long. The cost not worth a State. I’d rather sleep in my truck, then pay to be in this horrible place again.

I payed online to make it as smooth as possible. When I checked in staff said I had to pay 1.50 so I asked why because my receipt said paid in full she couldn’t tell me why except it’s there policy. The 1.50 wasn’t a problem I just wanted to know why and couldn’t get an answer so when I paid it I asked for a receipt and the all of a sudden she said she’s going to tell her boss to refund it back to my card. Shady!!!

To start, the woman at the front desk was very rude and dismissive. We called for a noise complaint and she answered the phone saying, “yes?” and did not respond to our complaint. Upon entering the room there was a foul smell. There was also brown stains on the sheets of the bed. The toilet would not flush no matter how many times we tried. To top it all off, there were multiple large, fuzzy black spiders roaming around the room. All in all, would absolutely not recommend staying here.

The room was ok- updated but microwave and mirrors was dirty and dust on furniture. Bathroom smelled of mold and room had funny smell. Ice machine didn’t work so had to go upstairs and use that one. Carpet and elevator were so old and dirty. Could hear every single step of the people above us- so annoying. Staff was very friendly though. Right off 95 so very convenient- close to everything- 20 minutes away from historic savannah.

The front desk person on the night shift during me check in was horrible she was rude condescending and unprofessional. She did not want to answer questions and the first room she gave me was deplorable it was around the back by the pool and it smelled gross. She gave me a 2nd room that we had to ride up on the most trashy elevator in a motel I’ve ever been on there was a rip in the floor they covered with black tape and the ceiling light had black dead bugs in it, the room was not much better than the 1st one we had to stay it was too late to get another room and they had already charged me for both nights. We checked out the next morning and asked for a refund the front desk guy Denmark was very helpful and had the manager Annie contact me to give me the refund for the 2nd night she was also very helpful but the motel needs upgrading and a good cleaning.

We were stayed here on our way from Ohio to Florida. The pool and hot tub were great and the free breakfast was good.
