Wir hatten mehr erwartet. In unserem Zimmer lagen noch die Handtücher der Vorgänger, Duschbad und Shampoo waren leer. Auf Nachfrage drückte man uns Duschbad und Shampoo in die Hand. Auch am nächsten Tag kam kein Zimmerservice. Auf Nachfrage gab man uns zu verstehen, dass nicht jeden Tag gereinigt wird. Die alten Handtücher könnte ich ja selbst runterbringen. Ich sagte, dass ich der Gast bin. Man gab mir jetzt neue Handtücher und versprach, die alten abzuholen. Passierte wieder nichts. Kurzum, der Service war schlecht und die Zimmer nur sporadisch gereinigt. Wir hatten uns bewusst für diese Hotelkette entschieden. Schade. Preis-Leistung und Service passen hier nicht. Das Frühstück war amerikanisch…nicht anspruchsvoll… Ich würde nicht wieder buchen. Gibt bessere Alternativen…

Room smelled musty. AC worked but never cooked the room fully so that was possibly contributing to the issue. Staff not the friendliest. Front desk told us we could check in early but when we arrived made us wait an hour. Another family came in after us, while we were still waiting, but they were given a room immediately. Cleaning staff blocks the hallways with their equipment and most would not even acknowledge us. There were two maintenance person/cleaners who did say hello. Based on the overall experience though, won't stay here again.

When I arrived to my room I noticed I had a flat sheet on my bed versus a fitted sheet, I called the front desk in which I was told room service was gone! I asked could I come get fitted sheets and put them on myself and I was told yes! Floor number 3 that I was on smelled awful! Fast forward to next day of me being there I asked by room service that was on the floor did i need anything so I said yes clean wash clothes and towels and I was told I have to give up the ones that I already used in which I did! I was told when I returned the clean towels and was clothes will be in my room! When I returned from my son game room service never brought the clean towels and wash clothes back! I called the front desk and I was told there was no clean towel and wash clothes at the time so I had to call around to my son’s football team that was in the same hotel to get us clean towels and wash clothes to get in the shower for our departure at 6:15am! I was told by the front clerk that a refund could not be offered because I booked through a third party! This is so unfair to me and my son and I will not be booking through ********** for another stay for the Marriott!

We have stayed at many Springhill Suites and thought this had been renovated, but it looked like you had not finished. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the pool for our children to swim in was awful- we made them get out. A horrible smell and cloudy water. The elevator looked like it was about to fall apart. If this is new carpet it is the most depressing pattern ever. We were staying here again on our way back from Disney, but will find something else.

The sound proofing was terrible. Our 2 rooms were close to the checking in counter and there was an altercation between night manager and some ?guests between 12-130am that was very loud and very scary. We stayed in our rooms locked in and scared all night. None of us got a wink of sleep.

This was one of the dirtiest hotels we have stayed in. The room (2 queen beds and a sofa), was filthy. The toilet was disgustingly dirty...I don't think they have heard of a toilet brush. The heater was full of dust and dirt, the table had candlewax and hair left on it. I would not use the coffee maker; the inside was filthy. My husband refused to shower, it was so dirty. I used a plastic garbage bag to stand on in order to shower, and the water pressure was a trickle. For a room that could handle up to 5 adults, it had only one insulated cup, 1 tea bag, one hand towel, no laundry bag. We asked about decaf or herbal tea, and was told there was none. The ironing board had stains as well as the sofa. The hotel was very run down. Even the thermostat in the room was broken, you could not see the numbers to set it. Very disappointed in the Marriot brand. Will never stay here again. After seeing how dirty everything was, we opted not to stay for breakfast even though it was included in the rate. I have photos, but they would not upload.

We stay at this hotel on our way from Florida to New Jersey in both directions. It is consistently convenient, clean and staff is helpful and friendly

Pleasant surprise. Room was nice and spacious and well laid out. Check in was quick. Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast had quite a few nice options. Will definitely consider staying here again.
