Perfect spot to rest your head after spending the day in the historic district- it’s quiet, clean and beautiful. A quick walk to the riverfront and a fantastic view of the ships coming through on the river.

We enjoyed the hotel, the nice room with two queen beds, the restaurant "Blue", and the cushiness and grandeur of the whole place. Also enjoyed being close to the water. Nice amenities with gum, spa, etc. Very nice!!!

Restaurant staff didn’t serve us efficiently, we left.
Also the room cold it was 48 degrees outside and the heat never worked in the room I changed the thermostat and it never warmed the room!!

First off… how much does milk cost to offer tea lovers? I’m not a tea drinker but my friends had to do cream. No one at door to help 3 60 ladies with luggage. Seems the brand is cheating out every where they can

Over charged! Accusations made and was rudely discussed. The room was hot most of the night. Even with the air all the way down. And our car was broken into in the parking garage to top everything off. Will never be staying there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The staff at the bar was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The outside seating was beautiful. We will stay there again.

Toilet would constantly run unless you held the chain up so it didn’t get stuck while filling up. Employee at checkin was didn’t not interact well, didn’t know how to check us in, and smelled bad
