We moved to three rooms. Shades broken down don’t work in any of the rooms. The staff were more worried about vacation time than the customer. The exterior and interior beat up wallpaper pealing. First time in a Hilton Gardens and last time I would stay.

The chrck in lady was very nice. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED they charged me $75 for my service dog. I guess to make up for the discount from **********. they said it was for the "special cleaning" they do after a pet. I call B.S.

The property has a little breakfast/dinner restaurant/bar. It isn't an actual restaurant but a bartender (Terry) and a person cooking. (Grace) They both were a joy and very attentive. The presentation of the food was great and the taste was exceptional for such a small venue. A lovely dinner in the hotel.

The hotel airport shuttle was so quick to pick us up and right on time the next morning to take us back to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the in-house restaurant and it was a welcome way to grab a quick dinner without having to leave the hotel.

Great property as usual per our many HGI stays. Only problem we had was with the shower. The water diverter on the faucet halfway worked so the shower was only a weak stream. Reported to front desk and they intend to address it. Thanks for a great, comfy stay as usual!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, and comfortable bed. Expect to pay $75 plus per night per pet and to pay for breakfast if you choose to eat there. That's absurd. I've never had to pay more than $30 for a pet.

We had a great experience. We were only there one night and the next morning, but everyone was friendly and VERY NICE. Our included breakfast was also excellent. We will absolutely stay here again when traveling. We also brought our dog and all the staff were very friendly with him. The room was neat and clean and well appointed as well.

Great location near airport. Nice that they provided free shuttle to airport even for my 6:30 am flight. They also provided shuttle service to nearby outlet mall. The air conditioning was a little noisy but worked great. Facilities were clean.
