Loved that it was close to activities.

Embassy Suites in downtown Savannah is a great place to stay . It is convenient to get to and to city’s attractions. The front desk team was always very helpful. The concierge was great. The room was excellent and quiet. The breakfast included made to order omelets and other foods.

We enjoyed this hotel and its amenities. Breakfast was good but the managers reception was the same chips and salsa almost every night. Add some cookies or varied snack, even fruit. The hotel was a long walk to most places. We ended up having dinner two evenings at the hotel. It was very good.

I have stayed here in the past, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. The rooms are OK. It was a little strange coming in and finding that the bathroom sink was held up by a crooked, broken table leg that had nails facing outward. Not a big deal in the greater scheme of things. The bigger deal with that someone next to me had a dog that was kept in the hotel room and barked from 8 AM to 10:45 PM every single day. I wasn’t staying in my hotel that whole time during the day to hear it, but definitely at night when I wanted to come back and unwind it was a bit unnerving to hear an unhappy pup next door, howling and barking and crying non stop for its owner to come back. I had no idea that you could book hotels for dogs. And just let them bark all day.

Roach motel - literally. I saw them in our room and reported to front desk multiple times. Each time I was promised engineering would come to the room to address. They never showed up and no effort was made by the hotel to address the issue. I have stayed here many times in the past since my child’s dorm is down the block. I have been disappointed in the past but this stay was the worst. I will be hard pressed to stay there again.

I loved the look and layout of the hotel . The location not the best if wanting to use their pool due to the building blocks the sunlight typically. Also it is across the street from an abandoned building so lots of not so freat people there. Then our tv didnt work and they never came to fix it. As well as they charged me an additional parking fee for parking i didnt use . Not to mention they dont return my calls . On a good note the room was big for the price so that wss great. The bed comfy . The breakfast delcious

From the moment you walk into this property it just feels like a WOW. Was a surprisingly lovely and beautiful place - lobby and rooms. Very comfortable and VERY spacious. Huge bathroom. Felt clean and comfortable. Wish we had stayed longer. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Made to order eggs and omelettes. Would stay here again!
