Was told upon check-in that they don't clean rooms daily, but they would be cleaning our on day three unless we requested additional. On three we confirmed cleaning with the reception. Upon arriving mid afternoon was not clean we again ask at the front desk and were told it would happen that day. We left came back in the early evening. Room was not clean calm down housekeeping. Staff had already left for the day and we could not have our room clean trash cans were overflowing no clean towels No tissues, almost out of toilet paper. Was told they could put us on the list for tomorrow, but that was not guaranteed either. We requested them to bring a supplies like towels, tissues, toilet paper and we're told they would. After about two hours, we still did not have anything I had to go down to the lobby to get them ourselves.
The staff at the front desk can answer no questions about the area food tours parking nothing. The location was not quite as described as it was a bit further from River Street then they let on. There is no parking unless you pay valet or in one of the public parking garages.
The restaurant bare minimal as far as food, only a couple items and limited hours of operation
One elevator went down and instead of posting a out of service on each floor they posted it inside the elevator and on the first floor on a tiny Post-it note
