The host of the Sautee Inn are very warm and welcoming.
The breakfast was outstanding as well as the late night dessert. Nearby we ate at Mully’s which also was also excellent. Great place to stay when visiting Helen GA.

The Inn is in a beautiful setting. The porches invite you to sit and gaze onto the views of the grounds and mountains. Breakfast was a delicious and nicely presented meal, starting with a freshly made Smoothie, followed by egg soufflé, and homemade biscuits and jam. The owners are friendly and accommodating.

The location is so close to many, many fun things to do. I sketched from one of the porches! It is a lovely view. I then went on a hike at Hardman Foar and State Park and sketched while walking on a trail to Helen. The drawing I did with color pencils attached.

We went to celebrate our anniversary and had a wonderful time. Rebecca was a great hostess. Room was delightful and breakfast was fantastic. View from our room was awesome, even though it was very windy, it was bright and sunny. Would recommend and will certainly be back.

Great breakfasts and bed rooms. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating hosts. Convenient location to Helen and other nearby towns and adventures. A lot of history at the Inn. We will definitely go back in the near future. We felt like it was a family reunion.

Great place and amazing hospitality! Rebecca is a wonderful host. My boyfriend and I wanted to sit outside for breakfast and she set up a nice table facing the beautiful mountains. Breakfast was delicious. Best homemade french toast we have ever tried ! She was super sweet and even gave us some to take with us on our trip back home!. I highly recommend this B&B if you are looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in the area.

We had an amazing stay at The Sautee Inn B&B! Our room had a small balcony and was very quaint. The bed was cozy. It could have been a little cooler but all-in-all very enjoyable. The homemade breakfast was superb and the owners were so friendly. The back porch was the place to be after the rainfall and into the evening as the temp cooled everything down. We enjoyed meeting the other guests who suggested we hike Dukes Creek, close to Helen. It was a beautiful day to be out in nature (Sunday) and enjoy this spectacular waterfall!

We enjoyed the Inn very much. Beautiful old home which is being loving shared with guests. The innkeepers were very welcoming and eager to share information about the home and area. We were even surprised by a fireworks display that evening.

Highly recommend The Sautee Inn to anyone wanting to visit Helen, Lake Burton, Unicoi, or any of the places nearby. Very charming house and grounds, very friendly and attentive owner (thanks Rebecca), with a delicious full breakfast and also homemade brownies for a late night snack. Our room was very clean and well-appointed, with a private bathroom and private balcony. We never felt crowded or rushed and enjoyed a relaxing visit that was too short. We will definitely go back. I’m sure it will be even lovelier in the fall.
