The room was spacious and good, but the hotel lacks overall cleanliness. Very little effort is made to keep it clean by themselves unless we ask and probe, push to clean is when action is taken. Food was prepared and given so. It was hygienic and good

Hotel cleanliness is not up to the mark. Need to constantly follow room service about cleaning the rooms. Toiletries are not standard and unhygienic. Though rooms are quite specious and airy. Food service is not that great. Plus point is it is near to satna station

Highly unprofessional staff. The bathroom tabs are not working properly. Bathroom me mug bhi nahi hota. You must call at least 3-4 times for a cup of tea. Room service staff enters the room directly without ringing the bell. Ac not working. Ac remote will be provided on demand.
