Resort is really great for any kind of people. I went there with my family. 2 days stay in the resort was very peaceful, close to nature, with a mountain view. Our room was upgraded to a bigger one without any charges. The view was mesmerizing - mountains covered by clouds. Although the balcony was facing towards the village nearby and there was constant noise from neighbourhood. Other than that everything was awesome. Food is pricey but really tasty. We tried different cuisines there on different occasions. All were great. There are lots of activities for both kids and adults, throughout the day. Game room, toddler room, library, everything is available and well maintained. It also has a Spa which is overpriced and average. Gym was good but in a secluded place with no security or guards, no camera so if you are going alone, you are bound to feel scared. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi was great. Overall a great experience. Would love to visit again

The rooms have an excellent view , with a wake up call from the birds whistling and charping. It’s a stay in heaven . The food is all awesome, The staff are humble.

We stayed at Zen Premium with a picture perfect mountain view. Staff were extremely well behaved, courteous & helpful. Fun sessions 4 family & couples thru the day. Special thanks 2 Shamboo for hospitality. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful place with Valley facing rooms. Food was very good. THey have excellent indoor games. Overall staff was very supportive. Pool with Jacuzzi , Steam and Sauna is the cheery on the cake. Ideal place to connect with nature. THe property has good walk way.

Fantastic experience. Lovely room very comfortable. Staff is over willing to help. Food is out of this world. Pizzas and Pastas and Indian food is too good. Resort is very well done, lots of open spaces. Excellent for going with friends or family.
