Useeka Resort

Useeka resort is a newly developed property on a cliff in Panchgani. The view from our room was stunning. Rooms : Our room was huge in size and very clean. We had a small deck, which took us directly to the edge of the cliff with a stunning view of the valley and the Krishna river. Service : The staff was extremely courteous. Service was quick. Restaurant : The restaurant also offers a great view of the valley Food was very tasty and home-like. Cons : The general upkeep of the resort doesnot match with the tariff. Menu is limited. Even the breakfast buffet spread was very limited. Generally the resorts charging such high tariff have minimum of 20 - 25 items in the breakfast buffet - different types of breads, salads, live counter, etc. None of this was offered here. I will say that the resort is very good with great rooms and nice staff. Also, tasty food. However it is very highly charged.

We had been to this resort after reading the reviews on trip advisor and many other forums .... After reaching the resort we were taken aback after seeing the unhygienic resort ...They told us on arrival that we dint have any non veg food apart from chicken ....after we went to the room my 6 yr old children were very hungry and when I picked up the phone to call the phone was not working somehow I managed to call someone and order the food and they said only one chicken dish was available..... My children had to eat only butter and steamed rice ..... The room was very dirt cupboards were smelling and the bathroom comode was the size of kids comode....What facilities they are giving and what they are charging is too much ...I would request anyone who is thinking of visiting this resort think thrice before you go here ...you will not have a pleasant stay at all .... electricity also keeps going whole night 🙄

An amazing view of the valley and the river below from the room balcony. Very spacious and clean rooms. A special shoutout to the extremely polite and helpful staff for always being ready to help. The manager was so courteous and made sure we had a hassle free check in and check out. The food is also pretty good and the prices are very affordable. Thank you so much Team Useeka. Keep up the great work & hospitality!

The resort has a great view of the Krishna Valley from the Gallery. There is a Shankar temple inside the resort which you should. visit. The resort chefs are highly skilled at making delicious dishes and the food was top-notch. Breakfast and dinner had amazing variety and I would recommend you get a meal included packages in your booking. The restaurant also has an amazing view. The staff is helpful and quick at service. The only major problem that made me give them an average rating was the electrical issues they had in the resort during my stay. The voltage fluctuated with the lights in the resort every 2 minutes and sometimes we were plunged into darkness with even the generator not working. They were trying to repair it but that made all our electrical appliances like TV, Exhaust, and Phones non-functional for major parts of 3 days. That lessened our stay experience to a certain degree. Also, my mobile charger went Kaput with all the voltage issues and I suffered a loss. I would like to highlight though that the entire staff was very courteous towards us and helped us in every way during our stay. They were empathetic and tried their best to handle the situation. But this problem should be solved quickly for a better guest experience. Overall the resort is great for early morning breathtaking views of the mountains and valley, food, and the overall service.
