薩斯卡通會議中心飯店(Saskatoon Inn & Conference Centre)

My favourite part of this hotel is the inside garden, the walkways to the restaurant and pool are very pretty. The garden cafe has an amazing breakfast poutine, and the in house starbucks bar was super handy. The staff are all polite. The conference rooms are very cute too, they look like little window shops, which even though we didn’t use them, they were cute. Staff was friendly at all hours of the day. Showers had amazing pressure and lots of hot water. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back

I did not receive the type of room I had booked. The service agent could not find my booking in their system. Finally he found it, but it had been booked for the 2 days in March, not in April as my booking did indicate. Luckily they did have a room to put me in, but it was just a 2 bed regular room.

Hotel was very clean very price friendly

This was my 4th time stay and I was happy with the service and facilities.

The worst hotel stay we have had. The hallways are full of dirty towels etc and old food we had no hot water to shower in the morning after our first stay. I do not recommend staying. Asked for new towels and did not receive any and had to get to meetings so had to use a hand towel

Good time there

Stay was good, had to wait a while for our restaurant food though. Food was good when we did receive.

Travelled to Saskatoon for work Jan. 22-25, 2024. I have stayed there many times. I enjoy the complimentary breakfast more than any other hotels that I stay with, mostly because of the restaurant staff. Very cheerful and helpful! The two improvements I would suggest would be the check-in process and parking. There is three check-in desks, but I have never seen them being utilized during busy times. Often, one person is responsible for checking guests in and answering phones which slows the process considerably. The parking area has never been cleared of snow in the years I have stayed and sections of the lot nearest the lobby appear to be used for long term parking for non-guests? I have stayed with Saskatoon Inn many times, and will continue to do so. The staff is always cheerful and helpful, the hotel honours my online booking perks, and the rooms are comfortable.
