Loved the service. The front desk team are super friendly and helpful. Here are the reasons why I'd rate 4/5: room cleanliness (we noticed stains), the lack of hair conditioner (bottle in the shower was empty), 1 tissue left in the tissue box (with no backup boxes), and we only got 2 sets of towels despite there being 3 people staying the night. Once I asked for the towels, they readily gave me them. It was just disappointing that I had to walk to reception to retrieve them.

This is not a motel I would wish that my worst enemy to stay at. The staff is very cordial and helpful. The halls and lobby are very clean and smell clean also. The rooms are a totally different story. A friend who was travelling with myself and my wife had a reservation there. When you walk into the room you don't immediately notice anything wrong there is no smell. HOWEVER, When she turned on the water in the bathroom it came out pee yellow. She then noticed blood on the wall by the light switch. The drywall behind the toilet had scale growing out of it and apparently had been exposed to a bad water leak in the past. THEN she started to go to bed - THe sheets were extremely dirty at the foot of the bed. She called the desk and they came and replaced them. While replacing them she noticed that the pillows under the pillow slips were very yellow with age and use. She slept on top of the comforter and used here personal blanket as a pillow. When she finally got to sleep the fire alarm started beeping. She called the desk and they came down and rather than replacing the battery , they removed the fire/smoke detector completely. The next morning I picked her up and checked out. I complained to the front desk and they graciously gave me a full refund. Its a shame that such a property in which someone invested a lot of money in refurbishing did not spend any money to maintain the property correctly.
