The property is situated in a very quiet area on the outskirts of Sarlat, on a plot of land of 1/2 hectare, with meadows and a small wood at the tenants' disposal. A few ewes with their lambs live on the meadow opposite the property and everyone can visit them as they wish. 250 metres away from the road is a private access road. The swimming pool is now semi-covered and heated, with a living room for 8 people and a dining table, ideal for an excellent convivial moment. The owner, Artisan biscuitier also lives on the property, but there is no opposite him. The tenants can, if they wish, come and taste biscuits in friendship.
A deposit of 300 euros will be requested on arrival and returned on departure.
If you wish to take the cleaning option, you will be asked for 33 euros at the end of your stay.
The payments linked to the booking must be made online to block your dates on our calendar. Superbe séjour
Une très belle semaine très ensoleillée dans ce beau gîte confortable dans un cadre de verdure et en prime une grande piscine pour se rafraîchir.

Nous n’avons pas pu nous y rendre cause décès dommage qu’il n’existe pas d’assurance pour ce genre d

Un super séjour
Nous avons passé une semaine superbe dans la maison d'Evelyne. La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée, moderne et calme.
Evelyne a été très attentionnée et aux petits soins avec nous.
Lors d'un prochain séjour à Sarlat, c'est chez Evelyne que nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

excellent séjour
Gite très bien situé, proche toutes commodités.
Maison confortable, bien équipée.
Une très agréable terrasse avec salon et chaises longues ainsi qu'une table et chaises permettant de prendre les repas dehors, le tout dans la nature entouré d'arbres et de massifs de fleurs.
Cerise sur le gâteau, une très belle piscine à 29 degrés Une hôtesse disponible, discrète, d'une grande gentillesse.
En conclusion un excellent séjour chez Evelyne ,dans une région riche en découvertes culturelles et sportives.

Super logement
Je recommande vivement cette location. Nôtre hôte est super gentille et très discrète.
Très joli environnement, belle bâtisse très bien équipée. Il y règne un calme génial pour se ressourcer.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad in Sarlat
Het vakantiehuis met verwarmd zwembad (kleine extra vergoeding voor verwarming zwembad na 1 oktober) voldeed aan onze wensen. Goed verzorgd en met alle voorzieningen. Veel privacy op een terrein van ruim een halve hectare. Een aanrader. De eigenaresse, Evelyne, is zeer attent en respecteert de privacy.

Séjour en Dordogne
Notre séjour en Dordogne dans la ville de sarlat sera un excellent souvenir de vacances un grand merci à Evelyne Quentin notre hôte elle nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et à été à l'écoute et disponible tout au long de cette semaine avec des petites surprises certains jours et que dire de la maison située au bord de la forêt magnifique et très reposant encore un grand merci à Evelyne pour ce séjour merveilleux ce fut une belle rencontre et nous reviendrons dans cette magnifique région et chez Evelyne Quentin bien sur

Séjour très agréable
Evelyne nous accueille chaleureusement, elle est disponible et toujours agréable.
La maison est confortable et pratique.
La piscine toujours à une température idéale et le fait qu'elle soit couverte est un réel avantage.
Nous recommandons cette location pour des vacances en famille, endroit calme et près des commerces et bien situé de lieux incontournables comme la Roque Gageac, les jardins d'eau...
