Holiday Inn 薩拉託加溫泉(Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs)

Property is old but could be more welcoming. Staff seemed pretty inattentive. I stayed for 4 night, my room was only serviced once, with no real explanation. Walls are thin, the noise is quite disruptive. There was construction next door, which was not disclosed and by day two of my stay there was major construction in the lobby area with was loud and dirty - again, this was not disclosed by the hotel upon booking or checking in. The restaurant is horrible. Do not waste your time or money.

Very nice stay, church bells early in am were a bit annoying. Parking spaces seemed oddly narrow. Otherwise nice stay.

The room was semi ok and the bathroom was disgusting! Shower curtain was disgusting with stains and spots. Hair all over the bathroom inside the shower tub floor door ceiling not sure what the hell happened in there… How about some exhaust fans in the bathroom? You get out of the shower and you need another shower because you’re sweating to death because it’s so hot in there and there’s no place for the air to go or steam. The bed headboard and side boards holding the mattress we’re covered in dust and we are black dirt looking stuff. Refrigerator had someone’s food in it they forgot their leftovers. The hairdryer… Gross. And the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available to put us in. Other than that convenient location we were going to.

We arrived to find underwear on the Bathroom Floor which was Disturbing, Fire Alarm went off at 3:00 in the Morning, Room was Just OK, sure there are better options in Saratoga.

This is hotel is very dated. The rooms are small and somewhat cramped. The bathroom and shower is small, cramped and is an old style bathtub with shower. There are no USB ports for recharging your phone. The breakfast food was equally bland, like it had been into a microwave. This place is an example of cookie-cutter, corporate mediocrity, especially for the price

beds were surprisingly comfortable. Room was clearly dated and in need of a make over.

Clean enough. New enough. Bed was comfortable and bathroom fine. Great location. Will definitely stay again

This is by far the best value in Saratoga, while still getting an upscale feel. .3 miles to the middle of Broadway, less than 2 miles to the Track, less than 3 miles to SPAC. A 'Stewarts' adjacent for essentials and a beautiful park adjoins the parking lot for fitness or pets. Bar and lobby are gorgeous. Pool and fitness center, top notch.
