Two bedrooms - 1 king bed - 1 queen bed. Central Air! Open concept with 55" TV, wireless internet included. Perfect for small family or 2 couples. Great artist or writers retreat! Outdoor furniture, new gas grill and plenty of lawn games. Weekend at the races!!!
Property is great. Clean, neat everything you need for a short stay. Great outside deck. Quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown, races and great restaurants. This was our second visit and plan to return next year…Thanks

Lovely Stay
Only compliments to the hosts for this most enjoyable stay! The home is conveniently located, cozy, clean, comfortable, and is full of homey touches. It's clear that thought and effort went into considering what guests would appreciate. And we did. Would gladly stay here again. And hope to.

Amazing
This small home was absolutely amazing. It’s cozy and well appointed. Everything you need and more. Our hosts were very accommodating when we had questions. The location cant be beat- just a mile from the action but in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you!

Love, love loved this cute home , close to everything and very well stocked with all necessities. The home was exceptionally clean and the owners were very accommodating to our wants and needs. Would definitely recommend staying here if looking for a 2 bedroom in Saratoga Springs. You won’t be sorry…

Two night stay during racing season. Quiet area that was a close drive to the track. It also introduced us to the immediate vicinity which was very nice.

Perfect Stay Near Town – Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient
This rental was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the amenities. The location was perfect: close to town, the market, the park, and some fantastic restaurants. We really appreciated how easy everything was from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!

Mother daughter weekend
This rental was perfect for myself and my two daughters. Everything was exactly as described - lovely welcoming and modern decor, spotlessly clean, all systems functioning as they should. The backyard space was really a plus when the weather is good. Quiet neighborhood where we always felt safe. Seamless contact with owners made getting settled in and checking out easy. Saratoga Springs is a great city to visit. If you are a couple or small group you'll be glad if you stay here when you come.
