Special thank you to Darlene and her staff who made our stay amazing! Hospitality is gracious and top notch!! Rooms are beautiful, hotel is clean and spacious. Great location to shops and restaurants. Morton’s restaurant in the hotel have great service and delicious food. We will be back!

Très bel hôtel

My visit was amazing. The room was immaculate and well thought out. The staff at every level was kind and professional. Mortons was DIVINE!!!! The bed was comfortable, the room was super quiet, and I loved the black out blinds, the shower, the coffee in the room and the eco-friendly water stations in the hall that prevent plastic bottes. The glass pitchers and glasses were a great idea. The pool was heated and just refreshing and relaxing along with the hot tub. The gym also has nice equipment. What a lovely stay. It was a great staycation, and I will book again soon! Best time of year is WINTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The check-in went smoothly, the hotel is clean and well-run, our room was clean and had all the necessary towels, etc. We heard the people in the room next door during the night - annoying, and they should do something about the soundproofing, but it's a decent hotel in a good location. They might include a breakfast area or at least coffee - there is a strange little place in the lobby that has a coffee machine, some pre-packaged sandwiches and cereals, and a self -checkout. Kind of tacky for the type of hotel it is. . .

As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with very friendly people. The “high end” restaurant they have there is great! Delicious food and above and beyond service. Our server was so funny and helpful. Me and my boyfriend were very pleased with the experience at this hotel. The ****** was a lot of fun and I’m happy they have a restaurant inside that is open until 1 am.

Great location. Shuttle to downtown area. ******, places to eat. This place has it all!!!

I love staying there. But i think they need some updates. The shower heads are terrible. I also think they need to offer breakfast and/or room service.
