Located in a quiet family neighborhood just minutes to shopping, dining, golf courses, and of course the #1 Beach in the USA along with multiple other beautiful beaches including Lido Key, Casey Key, Turtle Beach, and more. This is a 450-square-foot newly renovated apartment. It offers a queen-size bed plus a Pull-out Sofa Bed Twin size. The kitchen area has everything you would need to cook. 32" LED TV with Roku, Wi-Fi internet, Washer, and dryer are provided as well.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Fun in Sarasota
Small clean property with easy access to activities and shopping in Sarasota. WiFi difficulty and almost non-existent local TV. Back yard needs much grooming and gate repair.

Sarasota Sleeper!
Excellent efficiency convenient to get up and go………granite kitchen nicely appointed , washer /dryer combo a bonus, charcoal grill came in handy……….chill place to relax after long days in the sun!!!!!!

Awesome house with fenced in yard!
Great location close to the beach and great bakeries. Very close to a beautiful trail as well. The fenced in yard was perfect for my 2 dogs and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well. Roomy and cute area inside with all amenities and nice furniture. Will stay again!
