薩拉索塔I-75蜜蜂嶺希爾頓惠庭飯店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Sarasota I-75 Bee Ridge)

A nightmare experience: My room key card wouldn't open the door, the food and beer I had stored in the fridge went missing, the toilet seat was removed, the air conditioner was disassembled and non-functional, and the staff were sarcastic. When I complained, they were full of suspicion, even accusing me of lying. I asked if they had a bar, and they kept questioning me and doubting whether I had really lost my food. After changing rooms, the alarm clock in the new room went off repeatedly at 3 AM. The next day, I reported these experiences to the front desk, and when I called to follow up on the third day, the neurotic male staff member rambled for ten minutes, basically doubting everything that had happened. This hotel is like a pirate ship, a total nightmare.

Young lady at check in at night was amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was lacking. Room was clean however it looked like they started on the bathroom and forgot to finish. Open soaps and no towels etc. The young lady at the front desk took care of everything. Overall nice facility and safe. Stores and fast food near by.

Trotz Buchungsbestätigung bekamen wir anstelle einer Suite mit Kings-Bett ein Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten. Zimmer mit Mängel (Rollläden defekt). Enttäuschend!

STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. THE ROOM COUNT WITH A DECENT MINIKITCHEN THAT INCLUDES A FRIDGE, MICROWAY, COFFEE MAKER AND EVEN A DISHWASHER.

Everything was wonderful, except the air conditioner in the living area was very quiet and the one in the bedroom sounded like an air plane taking off. Woke us up every time.

El hotel muy bien ubicado, de las mejores playas de Sarasota.

I liked everything about this motel. It was clean, quiet, had a walk in shower and was easy to get to, close to major highway. The breakfast was good and staff were helpful. I will look for Home 2 Suites in all my future travels. I hope they are all this nice.
