Staff was helpful and kind as I traveled to visit my grandmother in the hospital. Even let me check in early since I had my dog with me and couldn’t take him to the hospital.

Clean quiet and very relaxing. The staff was nice and friendly

I rarely gave hotels low rating. But for this property I have to. I found bed bugs midnight when I called the front desk staff, the tone was quite indifferent, just told me I can change room if I want. No apologies at all with the excuse this was just the 2nd case reported in past years. It was a mess! I spent a lot of time to check all my belongings as I don’t want to take any bed bugs home. No good rest at all!

In my room I found bedbugs. My son got bites in all her neck face and back. I spoke with the front desk and showed the picture of the bedbug, my intention was left the hotel but bcse my son would have a soccer day next day morning I only requested to change my room. It will be the last time I booked this hotel.

Ok we were coming from another hotel where we had spent two nights and they were super nice to us. Initially our check -in was okay. It was just pleasant no overt pleasantries. However, when we got to the room the door was open and the room smelled funny like possibly cigarette smoke so as we were three females we felt uncomfortable and just went back down to the front desk. This time the attitude was not so pleasant. It almost seemed like a bother and we did not get an apology for the state of the room or anything. They just gave us another room and that was that! I apologized for having to ask for another room. The lady that checked us out the next morning was way more pleasant in her attitude. Not a bad hotel but definitely front desk staff is your first impression and a smile makes all the difference. After all it’s suppose to be hospitality!! FYI I worked front desk as a young lady.

We checked in room 315 . The AC wasn’t working at all ! Moved to 323 after we seen few other rooms ! One worse than another. Stinky /moldy /steamy rooms ! The pool area has a no smoking sign. Saturday night there were two big groups smoking big time . Told the Gsa and he said : “ Is there any sign ? It’s considered outside but will go talk to them !” Nothing happened! People continued smoking **** /vaping and cigarettes! Told GSA ! :” There is a big sign “no smoking in pool area “ and this is a non smoking property. He replied :”yes I saw it !” Really ??? This area is good only if you drive and have a car ! There is no public transportation. Rooms are all stinky and AC don’t work properly. Breakfast is decent . I wouldn’t recommend it if you need to spend more time in hotel . There is no security or safety .

We thought the building was new or remodeled. We killed 4 roaches within 30 minutes. The bugs were on the nightstand and work station, the would only switch our rooms. Why would we stay there any longer.

Booked this hotel from the ratings. Needs some upkeep showing its age. Also the person working the continental breakfast really shouldn’t be complaining while guest are in the dining room, not very pleasant to hear.
