Located on beautiful Mayakka River this park boasts of a beautiful large shared pool, hot tub, billiards, kids spray park, fishing, boat dock, fitness room, pickleball, tennis courts and much more, All within driving distance to all of the wonderful beaches Venice has to offer. Great memories!
My 2 boys and I had a wonderful stay. The house was great and the resort was full of fun. The neighbors were nice and helpful!

Great stay
Enjoyed our stay here. We stayed here last year and chose the same spot this year. Lots of things to do and great location. Gerri is great and the neighbors are very nice and helpful as well.

Venice Stay
The real negatives were only 2 bath towels and we were told that the laundry facilities were not working. The entrace rug was also very dirty. We did not know how to watch regular TV.
