Keurig hotel zeer vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt. Buiten op het terras van het restaurant met prachtig uitzicht. Handdoeken gratis voor bij het zwembad/strand. Parkeerplaats bij het hotel is erg minimaal. 6 plekjes en anders langs de straat. Maar de jonge dame van de receptie zorgt er persoonlijk voor dat je auto netjes in 1 van de parkeerhavens gezet wordt.

Modern en zeer net hotel met fantastische kamer, prachtig zicht op zee. Fijn zwembad en goede ligging. MAAR, buiten de vriendelijke jonge dame aan de receptie werkt iedereen hier tegen zijn zin. Als zij er niet is krijg je geen antwoorden, geen stadsplannetje, geen handdoek voor het zwembad. In de kleerkast hangen 2 (twee) kleerhangers; voor een verblijf van 6 dagen met 2 personen is dit wat weinig. Nee je kan er geen bij krijgen, orders van de directie. De bartender van het hotelrestaurant is te lui om te bedienen en kijkt je liefst buiten. Het ontbijt is een vrij beperkt buffetje. De koffie is ronduit slecht. Je kan buiten zitten met zicht op zee. Dat is heel fijn! De coctails in de lounge zijn veel te duur voor wat het is, als het druk is heb je maar een half glas... We hebben ons aan zo veel dingen geërgerd, nee wij komen niet terug.

Zoals al vele jaren een top hotel, met zeer vriendelijke familie. Nu hebben ze het verbouwd met oa lounge bar en mooi zwembad. Elke dag schoonmaak en bad handoeken bij receptie te verkrijgen. Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt en top locatie .

Restaurant is top! Perfect advice what to eat by friendly waiters. Quality is excellent! Hotel is good but rooms look old but very spacious. Bathroom is big but old. Carpet in the room. Good location... great view... great and spacious balcony

If we had known the truth about this hotel, we would have made a different choice. The positives: The breakfast was good. The restaurant had good food with good quality. But the prices at the hotel restaurant are more expensive than the prices elsewhere. Things that were negatives: The air conditioning did not work. The toilet siphon was broken.The water was leaking in the bathroom. Hotel cleaning was not good at all. Once, the cleaners didn't empty the trash in the bathroom and we didn't get enough toilet paper for us. The staff working at reception were not professional at all and had no idea about the buses. We had to recharge our karts room three times! Loud music starts at 10 in the morning to 12 or 1 at night. There is a night club near the hotel. The hotel has a small stone beach. The staffs didn’t respect the nature. The bartender threw the broken glass into the sea water! The beach beds were there and broken glass left there. We did not have a good experience with the hotel, and we are very surprised how this hotel got four stars.

Arrived as a party of four, but two of us were told we could not stay here due to water issues in the rooms and a system crash meant they could not possibly inform us any earlier? They offered to move all of us to Vola, but no refund, despite this alternative showing as only €50 a night. Instead, two of us were moved to their “sister hotel” which was not a beachfront hotel, but in fact, looking at a construction site and busy road. After persistently arguing this the next day we were finally provided a room and they admitted they had overbooked and the lies about water issues were just a ‘new boy misunderstanding things’. The room we were given had no toilet seat and this took a full day to resolve after 3 requests. We also had to get our own bedsheets from the top of the stairs most nights. We asked about a refund for all issues and the offer was €30 which we were unhappy with, but the invisible manager was not willing to budge. We were told to come back on checkout for the increased offer but when the time came, they said no more can be offered, leaving a very nice young girl with no English to tell us this, and that no managers are available. We argued this and finally we had to march downstairs to the bar where we found the English speaking staff member hiding. They increased the offer to €60 and said this reflected the price difference between the hotel we booked and where we stayed. Not wanting to miss our ferry we took this and explained how disappointed we are. Even ignoring this, not worth the money, repetitive breakfast and bad management feeding down to all staff. Managers are hiding and hoping people just forget or leave. All staff (apart from the new girl on reception) are miserable and don’t understand what good customer service is. I recommend you find somewhere else to book as others might appreciate your custom.
