維拉卡爾克尼飯店(Hotel Vila Kalcuni Sarande)

Great service with great host and great facilities(pool especially and clean room) Even though we arrived late, which was 3 AM, hosts helped us check in easily. Moreover, we woke up late and the breakfast time was over but the host asked us whether we want breakfast. Everyone was super nice and generous. The outdoor pool was great to swim. Also 15 minutes away from the bus terminal which made us come here easily

Ci sarebbe tanto da dire, per sintetizzare... Pulito!... Ma dire pulito è poco, direi ******ale! Dalla mattina alla sera con straccio in mano! Poi ci sono alcune mancanze che ub hotel 4 stelle non dovrebbe avere, tipo, teli bagno e asciugamani duri come carta vetrata, e troppo piccoli, non c'è bidet... vabbè... Non c'è accappatoio, parliamo della colazione? Il cappuccino sei vuoi lo paghi a parte... e il resto... non dico nulla, d'altronde in vacanza non devi ingrassare. Bella piscina con spazio bar... ma non servono aperitivi con stuzzichini, se li volete poco lontano c'è il market, a parte gli scherzi è tutto gradevole anche se dai video che avevo visto pensavo che le spiagge albanesi fossero bianche e impalpabili come le Maldive o la Sardegna, non è così, qui si fa scrub, la spiaggia più fine è come lo scrub al sale delle spa... Comunque viva l'Albania!!

gran bell'hotel di facciata.. (come da foto) i servizi lasciano alquanto a desiderare, ho prenotate stanze vista mare, con loro conferma scritta e ci sono state, al contrario, assegnate alcune vista mare altre, pessime, vista cantiere rumoroso. Si sono fatti pagare le camere all'arrivo e abbiamo pagato vista mare anche quelle senza alcuna vista, senza modo di potere obiettare, alla reception ragazzi senza preparazione mentre la proprietà è sempre stata latitante. colazione il minimo indispensabile a differenza di altri hotel della zona parimenti stellati. Consiglio: prenotate altrove!

Nice little hotel by the ocean in Sarandë. Easy to find with GPS. Parking right outside the door. Walking distance to restaurants etc. Nice view from the room. Breakfast is very basic, and started 9AM during my stay. Staff has limited English skills, but seems friendly.

Hotel was perfect proximity to the ferry terminal. Beach access is alright. The beach beds/coverings look so used and gross. I didn’t appreciate that I had to pay for beach towels given the price of the rooms (I stayed in both the deluxe and superior; highly recommended the superior). Breakfast was ok but same things day after day. I asked the lady working in the kitchen to make me scrambled given she was just standing doing nothing and she said no. This is a not a big hotel so it’s not like there were many guests mid sept for my request to be unreasonable. That I didn’t appreciate so the hotel is not exactly going to accommodate. Heads up bring your own towels. Theirs are hard like rocks.. i recommend an upgrade on towels for the hotel owners. Overall I give 3/5 stars. It’s clean and location is convenient.

On the plus side: probably the best location in Saranda. Incredibly close to the ferry terminal, the bus station from which the bus to Ksamil/Butrint departs, the beach walk. It was also nice that the hotel had both a pool and a beach. However, hotel guests have to pay €3 per person and day for beach/poolside towels, which felt stingy. On the minus side: incredibly bad noise isolation. Whatever goes on in the room next door or in the corridor, it sounds as if it's happening in the middle of your room. As our neighbours had a huge fight this was unpleasant. We don't recommend the breakfast.

Super hotel - great service

Place was really clean which was great and conveniently located near port terminal (4 minute walk) and plenty of dining options. It's also not too far from the main area where all the restaurants and bars are on the main seafront. It's a shame it was a noisy area as the annoying party boats from the main bay come close to the hotel from 10pm to midnight and it is loud!!!!! You can also hear other people slamming doors and talking loudly on the balconies which is annoying so didn't sleep well. Breakfast was very disappointing.....random mish mash and awful coffee.....you have to pay for the decent coffee which is insane. Rooms should also have water or kettle at least but only a fridge. Staff were ok, not the friendliest and Albania has a lot to learn generally in terms of hospitality and amenities compared to other countries. There was no bar or lunch options at hotel as it was closed so had to go out each day which we did anyway as did alot of day trips rather than staying at the hotel.
