Un Hotel molto buono ma con potenziali migliorie per raggiungere un ottima scelta. Pulizia ottima e gentilezza del personale, servizio al bar buono , caffè ottimo e cocktail molto buoni dal costo ragionevole Spiaggia privata con lido attrezzato e comodo. Andare a piedi al centro è facile e vicino alla struttura (800m) .Panorama mozzafiato e tramonti spettacolari dalla camera vista mare. Buona la colazione, ma un po carente sulla parte dolce e in un 4 stelle non si può chiedere extra per caffè o cappuccino o (mettete un dispensatore automatico). State ancora lavorando ad approntare e sono sicuro che risolverete tutto. Ci ritornerò o lo promuovero', buon lavoro.

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir waren als Paar mit 2 Kinder zu Besuch und uns hat es sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer war etwas zu klein für so viel man aber es ging noch gerade so. Dich Küche haben wir einmal ausprobiert und ich muss sagen das uns das auch gereicht hat. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgewogen und auch lecker aber die letzten 3-4 Tage gab es kein Nutella bzw. Schokoaufstrich, für die Kinder nicht so toll. Der Kinderpool war überhaupt nicht sauber. Man konnte richtig sehen das den Betreibern das überhaupt nicht interessiert. Da hing ein Kabel ( denke nicht angeschlossen) in dem Pool an der Seite raus. Sehr gefährlich. Meine Kinder sind auch krank geworden aber ob es damit zusammenhängt kann ich natürlich nicht sagen. Der Strand war sauber und auch sehr schön. Ausreichend Parkplätze die auch bewacht wurden. Die Rezeption war auch sehr freundlich. Immer nett begrüßt und auch ein Kompliment für meine Töchter über gehabt. Die bar war auch immer sehr freundlich und die Preise sind absolut erschwinglich. Die Promenade ist 10 Minuten zu erreichen und absolut ok. Die Lage ist top. Man hat alles in der Nähe.

Se trata de un hotel de poco nivel, muy pesados por cierto, tenían que saber si o si nuestra hora de llegada y molestaron todo lo que pudieron. dispone de playa, unos 10 m, de piedras con tumbonas y el acceso al mar con una escalera oxidada en la que te puedes matar de un resbalón. El desayuno francamente malo, eso si las fotos muy bien hechas, pero el hotel muy poca cosa

I really don't want to write a review on this hotel as I am worried this beautiful little gem of a hotel will be over run but feel it is is my duty to promote thus exceptional hotel . The hotel is on the sea front with incredible views from the balcony I stayed with my mum and sister for a week,it is a family run hotel, which was evident from arriving to leaving. the staff were more than helpful , even to the point of sending a manager to collect my sunglasses that I left in the town to opening up the breakfast area early as we were leaving . the hotel is immaculate, sheets and towels changed daily and room also cleaned daily. pool area is lovely with views of the sea striking. they even have a little tortoise sanctuary there. we are already making plans to return

The hotel was amazing, the rooms and facilties were very clean. The hotel staff were exceptional and extremely friendly and went to great lengths to help me when I forgot my belongings there. They went out of their way to keep my stuff safe and ensured they were returned to me. Best hotel I’ve stayed at.

We stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Modern hotel with swimming pool, lovely friendly staff, breakfast ample and the added bonus of a small tortoise enclosure including baby ones 🥰🥰🥰 Sheets, towels and soap(!) are changed daily - housekeeping does a really good job 👍 Location wise is it’s a bit of a 20 mins walk into Saranda but there is a restaurant in the hotel and also nearby if you don’t want to venture far! Would stay again if in Sarande 😁
