酒店位於薩拉熱窩老城區一條小巷裡，雖然街上人潮湧動，但是小巷裡很安靜。房間空間很大，乾淨衞生。早餐是西式的，還提供熱飲水。總體非常滿意。

房間特別大，整個套房大概有六十多平，層高很高，暖氣很足，乾淨舒適，廚房設施一應俱全。地理位置非常好，就在商業街上。我們的訂單還包含早餐，性價比超高，非常推薦入住。

房間大，40平米，地段好，老城中心，早餐也不錯，就是規模小。

Im just writing my comments with my 7 years hotel running experience... First of all hotel is in a great location just few meters to bas carsıja and few buildings to the pedestrian streed of ferhadija (from the hotel door right side) On the opposite side of ferhadija (from the hotel door left side) the street also there is some pubs and bars and you can easyly go where Latin bridge is Building besides all sarajevos smoking free places is a non smoking wich is got a nice smokers back yard area Breakfast is also nice and you have lots of good options for all kind of preferences Rooms on the period wich we stayed was over heated ( cause they sad its areal heating from the center) Sheets and pillow cases were clean bathroom was also clean and new Matress was a bit too soft Floor carpets need to renew (ıt is understandable to have carpet for a winter city normally i would not prefer) Wish the shower was fully close frame with that way flours will not get wet also to food towell(floor mat) At the reception during the morning time mr Kenan welcomes you and he s a nice informative person I should thank him specially to put us first in a row for room cleaning to make us early than the check in time!!! (we were a 4 person family with a 6 years old child) Mr Mirza also was fine to arrange us a car to Mostar (you can check the prices if you are pre-organised with other companies or persons... our choise was just spontaneus) and giving location informations etc... At the time of check out we also checked out with mr Kenan and showed the place wich we can store our suitcases at the hotel (cause our flight was late) Above that more positive coments... Our transfer could much better before we say Goodbye Sarajevo! We asked to mr Kenan that we have big suitcases (for 3 adult 1 child 1 big 2 mid and 1 cabin luggage) is it possible to arrange a station wagon we would be perfecty fit in(cause from the airport we came like that and it was just perfect) and he sad yes ofcourse it s not a problem it would be 20 BAM and they work with a fix taxi station After that the negative part starts!!! At the time of leaving to grab our suitcases a lady welcomed us at the reception and we asked a taxi as we spoken with mr Kenan and she told us its not possible to have a station wagon. She sad she can call and wahtever car comes it comes We asked to call the taxi staiton and ask what mr Kenan sad to us. She told us there is no station car! there is only Van s if we want for 30 euros they can pick us up. instead of 20 BAM wich mr Kenan told us. Beside of the price difference we asked alternatives and she give an option to contact some body to transport us for 25 euros Between the price difference we decided to stop a taxi from the road and we find one taxi for 30 BAM. But it ended up almost with a fighting with the taxi guy for our luggages that he wanted charge us extra As a final we discovered the hidden gem of sarajevo! The cheating taxi drivers! Hotel in a very central location next to the pedestrian street, minutes away from some of the main museums and only 5 minutes away from a tourism office that can arrange guided tours of Sarajevo. Good breakfast and very helpfull staff. They made arrangements for the early morning transfer to the airport and when my flight was cancelled they even helped me booking an other hotel as they were already fully booked for the night. Rooms though may require some additional maintenance ( paint and also some loose parts ) To end on a positive note - great value for money.

I had the opportunity to take a weekend trip to Sarajevo, and the city was very busy. I booked one of the last available rooms at this boutique hotel, Hotel Story, and I'm glad that I did. My room was on the top floor, and was beautiful. Everything was modern, impeccably clean and incredibly spacious. A special thanks to my front desk professional, Gufran, who provided me with great tips about the area, as well as showing me the various rooms within the hotel such as the breakfast seating spaces. The breakfast itself was delicious; my compliments to the kitchen! All in all, this was a superior stay. I look forward to returning, and soon!

Spacious rooms with modern, good quality bathroom amenities. The staff exceeded expectations and were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with local specialties available and the usual. Located in the centre of the old town, there were many nice eateries nearby, on the same street.

We found the same Bosnian hospitality. The Hotel its at the heart of the city and you can wander around safe and you can get lost inside the preety streets of the city. The rooms were very comfortable and special thanks to Kenan who was all the time explaining and helping with everything! Highly recommended! Doviđenja 🇧🇦 With ❤️ from 🇦🇱

Location location location! This hotel has a very good central location AND one of the best war museums on the same street 30 seconds away! Although there are two pubs right next door, we didn't feel this disturbed us and we really liked the location for sightseeing as we were only there for a short time and so needed to be able to walk everywhere. The hotel front desk staff were the best we had in the whole of Bosnia- THANK YOU. They smiled, were helpful, polite and just generally very friendly and nice people :) They provided free maps, drew on directions, recommended the best place for cevapi and much more. Breakfast was ample and sufficient to kickstart the day. If you like english tea then bring own tea bags and own coffee (the coffee provided was the instant sachets). The hotel were very accommodating and kept our luggage in storage whilst we went to Mostar for a night. When we needed help calling a taxi the front desk staff were very helpful and did not make us feel like we troubled them at all. Brilliant english speaking at the front desk. The apartment chapter 1 was very spacious for us and perfect for 2 adults and 2 children sharing a bedroom. An iron was also provided. Improvements: Coming from the UK I am very used to not having to smell passive smoke from smokers so it was a big shock to my system when all i could smell was cigarette smoke unfortunately :( There is a smokers room INSIDE the hotel ground floor with the door open so all the smoke lingers and travels around the entire hotel. However, it is fair to say Smoking is common in Bosnia and there seems to be no social practice of keeping smokers far away/outside so this is not just a criticism of this hotel only. The breakfast area is a bit too small and cramped unfortunately. The staff managing the breakfast area did not speak to any guests, smile or communicate with us so it was difficult to ask for things and I felt a little uncomfortable. Maybe some basic hospitality training would help (the front desk staff were great at it!)
