薩拉熱窩設有健身房的飯店

酒店在薩拉熱窩的靠近火車站的附近出行還是蠻方便的，門口有一個加油站停車場非常大，應該薩拉熱窩最大的停車場酒店，老城區很難找到，但是距老城區有蠻長一段，建議叫出租車前往老城停車位是比較少的

We stayed in room 107, if allocated this room would strongly advise you request to be moved while checking in. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city. However bars are situated directly below, the music was so loud constantly at 60 DB in our room and didn’t turn off until 3am. We asked to be moved and was told by reception staff ‘this is Sarajevo ‘ we were unable to change room as hotel was full. The room was not very clean, mould in bathroom and plater missing in places on the wall. Breakfast is very simple and basic selection. I would not recommend this hotel.

Just returned for a quick trip and was so impressed by the team at this hotel. It's well located, just a short walk from the Old Town and the suites include a small kitchen which came in handy. From the first email contact through to checking out, the team where unfailingly kind, helpful and just lovely. They even ordered food delivery for me one night as I was unable to use my international phone. Breakfast is included and it's quite a spread - some local dishes as well as eggs, fruit and cold cuts. i also loved the grab and go store in the lobby as well as free coffee or tea all day. A very minor quibble, but housekeeping wasn't as thorough as I would expect but hardly worth losing a star.

This hotel never disappoints. It’s my at least once a year spot when visiting or just passing through Sarajevo. I was beyond happy to find out that it has become 100% smoke free hotel; no more smoking in their sky-bar either! This used to be my last hang up on this hotel. Otherwise, it truly has full Marriott qualities. I love the hotel, rooms, cleanliness, food at the restaurant (except once in all these years), location, access from and to the airport as well as to city’s attractions, but my most favorite thing about it is the employees! It’s the old school staff; respectful appearance, approach, friendly faces, always going one step beyond. I love, love, LOVE it! It’s my home away from home. I definitely recommend staying at this wonderful hotel. Enjoy!

非常好的乾淨酒店,工作人員非常樂於助人。我想特別感謝前台的工作人員的幫助。我們在旋轉餐廳吃了一晚晚餐,很好吃。早餐也在那裏供應,非常棒,有很多選擇。牀位房非常寬敞,有一張非常舒適的牀,大浴室和梳妝區,因爲它在一個圓形上,景色令人驚歎。唯一的問題是缺乏游泳池,這非常令人失望,因爲我正在撤退,我真的期待着游泳,這需要乘坐出租車去當地的水療中心。此外,它有點去薩拉熱窩老城區,我喜歡,但有很多出租車。總體來說真的很好,但沒有游泳池讓我的評分下降。

酒店總體乾淨,安全,非常適合舒適的度假,早餐菜單挺不錯的,在酒店餐廳吃飯也不貴,這些都是酒店積極的方面。 然而,他們把你的護照放在接待處,不想把它交給你,直到你離開酒店。我不知道他們如何能掩蓋護照的任何損壞。實際上對酒店不負責任。但他們連不在乎,最後退房要房間水費,很荒謬。

我們12點在酒店作爲體操隊在20.09.2024參加將在21.09.2024上舉行的比賽,我們的體操運動員想在比賽前遊覽城市,14:30左右離開酒店,18點返回。前台接待給我們打電話說“我們要在21.09.2024早上離開酒店,酒店在維修中”,雖然我們給她看了郵件函件,說他們已經確認了我們20.09.2024和21.09.2024的晚上的房間,而且我們會在21.09.2024上參加比賽,因此我們不可能離開房間,因爲體操運動員一大早就去健身房參加比賽,前台的女士以非常粗魯的方式說,我們的情況或預訂確認無關緊要,無論發生什麼事,我們都必須離開房間。於是,我們說我們是酒店的客戶和客人,他們不能和我們說話以這種方式結束了談話,畢竟他們要帶我們出酒店,他們這樣做是爲了一個運動隊。我去過無數的國家,住過無數的酒店,這是我一生中第一次經歷過這樣的恥辱。這是一家不光彩的酒店,我永遠不會推薦給任何人。接待員說話的方式和他說話的方式是粗魯的,不成爲他所工作的單位。
