My most horrifying stay experience to date, and that too on my own wedding. They are actually a couple of goons running a building they call a resort, but it’s nothing more than a pretty facade. I can even prove it. Ask the management how many hotel management graduates you will find at the resort after 10 PM. I’ll tell you—ZERO. Now imagine after paying lakhs and lakhs of rupees for your special day, you encounter frustrations at every step. First, they fail to mention timelines and milestones for payments. Then they threaten to stop the function one hour AFTER your guests have started arriving, and this is only for the remaining 10% payment. They are rude and refuse to listen. Imagine my 65+ year old father scrambling to gather cash at the counter because they said they would stop the function. Let me remind you, this is when 90% of the payment was completed 6 months ago. Someone from the staff started following my father to charge him for a couple of extra plates. He even followed my father as he was seeing off our guests. Can you believe this? Someone managing a property worth tens of crores behaving this way! Also, please note that I had booked half of all available rooms, which were due for checkout the next day. Even then, they didn't listen and kept threatening us. To top it all off, their staff managed to lose two dresses that were on the Mandap. It is my humble request to everyone planning to book this resort for any function: it’s your money, and you should choose wisely before handing over any advance. You are better off without this waste of space.

It is my first time traveling in India. Good hotel to stay and for the breakfast is very delicious . Awesome staff was very helpful and nice. May be in future if still have business in India. I will come and stay in this hotel again. Specially Manager Mr. Sharma is very helpful thanks.

Everything is good good about the hotel the Radiant resort in gorakhpur uttar pradesh India. Mamata is great at his service. The only thing we did not liked were breads which were half cooked rest all good. Manager Dheeraj and team great service.

Very nice stay. Very Good hospitallity in gorakhapur. I came here for business stay. Very nice food in the restaurant tha staff over there are Very kind and polite Mr. Chunnu Sharma thanku for the service and your lovely gesture. You guys took good care of us.

This policy of this Resort is worst, AC temp. is controlled from Reception and every time you order food the staff will stand on your head for payment. Just imagine you are having food and staff comes and tell you that Manager has asked for Payment so please pay...this is so worst..
