A modern hotel with nice well kept rooms and spa facilities, offering good rest. The lift is surprisingly slow (and there was a small problem during our stay). The staff is friendly and helpfull. Good restaurant, though the service is sometimes slow.

The 103 Degree is located in the hot spring area Spareva Banja close to Dupnitsa (15 min.) and was therefore recommended as accommodation for a business trip. The tiny pretty new hotel is very modern with a nice Spa area on the ground floor right behind the reception. The rooms are tidy and modern with a nice bathroom . A very good breakfast with good selection of dishes is served in the light and atmospheric restaurant. Highlight of the hotel is the rooftop bar with Whirlpool, relax area and a nice view over the Spareva Banja and the area around. Service is very friendly. Parking area is on the opposite of the street.

Its a small hotel and seems the whole area is still a construction site. Pool nice but way too small and kids pool next to it so don't expect quite spa time. Very rude staff in the spa area, girls having chat and not caring of customer needs. Breakfast nice, dinner so-so and plastic plants as decoration is really really bad.

Very pleasant experience My husband and I spent two nights at this hotel. Such a lovely place! Rooms are elegant and spotless. Same goes for the breakfast area, spa, pool area and fitness center. We really enjoyed the mineral water pool as well as the sauna and steam bath.. Breakfast was excellent with many options. But what impressed me most was the staff. Every member of the staff at the reception, breakfast area, housekeeping, lobby bar, wellness/fitness, and the lady who assisted us with the safebox- they were all very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help us at all times. Many thanks to each and everyone. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at the hotel August 2022. Quality of the rooms is top, good swimming pool and nice roof top. All spoiled by the service at the restaurant. The servants mixed up completely the order. A hamburger was served when all finished eating. The servants were making fun of us explaining with smiles that they are not managing the timing. Obviously not to chose this restaurant for a family evening when you are in a big company.

Hôtel très correct ! Les chambres sont propres et la literie confortable ! Un très joli rooftop avec un jacuzzi dessus ! Cependant tout aurait été parfait si cette expérience n’avait pas été entachée par le dîner au restaurant… Les plats ont mis beaucoup de temps à être servis ; Un des enfants à attendu 1 heure pour avoir un burger. Et nous aurions éventuellement pu comprendre si le restaurant n’était pas vide et si les serveuses ne s’étaient pas moquées de nous lorsque nous avons redemandé le plat pour la 3ème fois. Heureusement, l’hôtel a fait preuve d’un esprit commercial en présentant des excuses le lendemain à la réception et en nous offrant les bouteilles et le burger tardif ! Je vous recommande quand même cet hôtel dans cette charmante région qui reste plutôt confortable et agréable ! Mais pour la restauration, allez plutôt au restaurant traditionnel d’a cote qui est très bon et très sympathique !
