Nous y avons passé, ma fille et moi, 4 jours et 3 nuits très agréables, dans un cadre reposant. La chambre, avec 2 grands lits et équipée d'une moustiquaire, est très confortable et la literie excellente. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux. La cuisine proposée, locale ou occidentale, permet à chacun de satisfaire son envie. Pour notre part, nous avons opté pour les versions végétariennes et nous n'avons pas été déçues 😋😋😋 L'ensemble du personnel, du manager aux serveurs, est à prévenant et à l'écoute, toujours prêt à répondre à nos demandes (dans la limite du raisonnable 😉) Et pour couronner le tout, plonger dans la piscine naturelle est un délice.

Die tollen Bungalows liegen ungefähr 9 Kilometer von Sapa Stadt entfernt. Wir konnten diese durch ein Taxi in ca. 15 Minuten erreichen. Wir kamen relativ spät Abends an und wurden trotzdem sofort und sehr herzlich begrüsst und zu unserem Bungalow gebracht. Ein grosses Lob vorab an das stets höfliche und engagierte Personal. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag haben wir leider verpasst, jedoch gibt es eine Menükarte auf dem diverse andere Gerichte ausgewählt werden können. Und das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Es hatte nur ein paar wenige Spinnweben mit Mücken darin ganz oben an der Wand. Die Betten sind jedoch mit Mosquito Netzen ausgestattet. Man muss sich bewusst sein, das man in Mitten dieser Natur nicht alleine ist. Das hört man auch an den unzähligen Geräuschen von diversen Tierchen draussen. Jedoch ist der Ausblick, welchen man am Morgen zu sehen bekommt einfach wunderbar. Es ist ein guter Ort um sich zu entspannen und dem Trubel von der Stadt zu entkommen. Man kann zudem tolle Trekking Touren direkt über das Personal buchen oder einen Roller mieten und selbst die Gegend erkunden. Alles in allem eine super schöne Erfahrung gewesen. :-)

Amazing staff, super helpful and nice, but prices are way too high for what they are offering. Definitely not worth the price. Don't recommend going there at all, you can find much better places for half the price. The rooms were very dirty, sheets were not changed at all. The owner was greedy and not very helpful.

The place was nice but dirty. The services offered were much more expensive than other places around but included the same things. We felt we were being ripped off for what we were getting. The staff however was very nice and looked out for us a lot. In conclusion this is not worth what we paid for it and found there were plenty of better alternatives around.

Relaxing, beautiful, serene + The bungalow Had a beautiful view, very comfortable. Staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful! Nothing was too much trouble! Excellent staff and great service!! We all will surely remember meeting him :) The location is a little away from the main city and it makes it really peaceful.

The room and hotel facilities were very nice, enough water is always available, it is also centrally located, hiking routes, supermarket, restaurants, and shops are close by. We booked a late check out, this was not properly noted by their admin. responsible, after calls back and forth with travel agencies, they agreed to keep one (out of two) room until late. We used the laundry service, but a t-shirt was ruined (it was yellow, they mixed it with blue, ended with blue stains). We ordered/pointed out the menu 3 menus (3 dishes each), staff didn't understood and only brought soup, after 1 hour of waiting and asking for it, it was admited they did not understand the order, we were left without any dinner. Staff is friendly and tried to solve issues but their lack administrative skiils and not so great english makes it hard to provide a good service.
