Pe na areia em Barequeçaba SP. Bom servico, a acomodaçao ref quarto que ficamos foi otima. Limpo, confortavel, ar digital, boa ventilacao, sem cheiro de mofo. Piscina muito boa, localizacao agradavel e servico de praia muito bom. Equipe simpatica.

Quiero realmente destacar la atención del personal ya que es increíble , son amables serviciales , buena vibra , la atención es excelente por parte de ellos ! Ahora respecto del hotel , creo que está muy lejos de ser un 4 estrellas , la cama era súper pequeña. Sin ventana el la habitación se sentía encierro, las instalaciones no son como muestran las fotos . El desayuno está bien, tiene lo necesario . Las reposeras en la playa están buenas. La piscina no se parece en lo que muestran las fotos , no tiene suficientes enchufes solo uno en el baño. Tiene netflix . Precio calidad no es lo que esperaba , creo q debería ser más económico .

Conhecemos o hotel por acaso (o hotel onde íamos hospedar anotou a reserva com data errada e estava lotado, e assim nos acomodaram no Barê). Fomos surpreendidos positivamente com a limpeza, organização e atendimento. Desde a Adriana nos recepcionando na madrugada até o Anderson que nos atende na praia. Todos muito educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã variado e a estrutura dos quartos muito boa. Tudo novinho. Agora este hotel é a nossa primeira opção na Barequeçaba.

Estivemos hospedados de quarta a sexta-feira. Local lindo e bastante limpo. Instalações novas e wifi excelente! A vista é de encher os olhos, mesmo durante a noite. Não possui area kids mas as áreas de convivência conseguem envolver as crianças. Funcionários atenciosos e café da manhã variado. Unico ponto negativo: não possui serviço de quarto ou refeições. Há uma parceria com quiosque (durante o dia) mas estava fechado nesses dias. Para familias que preferem não sair, é um problema. Os serviços de delivery por app só funcionam para fast food, pizza, etc…no meu caso, busquei fora dos apps e consegui pedir no restaurante Familia (centro de São Sebastião), que entregou rápido, com preço justo e comida fantástica, com pratos bem servidos.

The hotel is very old and overpriced for the quality. It is not very welcoming- the first thing we noticed after arriving was multiple signs everywhere about things that were not permitted (no noise after 10pm! Do not touch the decorations!) as well as stated charges for losing or breaking the tv or AC remote control or the room key as well as a charge for rental of beach towels which I have never come across anywhere in the world. In the room there was another list of all the charges and things that were not permitted as opposed to the usual welcome note and information about the facilities offered. It felt most unwelcoming and I was glad we would not be staying long - not really the impression most hotels hope to make on their guests. Note that the hotel had already sent their long list of rules and conditions both by email and WhatsApp which seems to be their main priority. On checkout the staff checked the room and returned the remote controls to the reception. We booked a standard double room. The room was basic and lacking amenities that you find in most hotels such as drinking glasses or rubbish bin. Only one bedside lamp for two people. No hairdryer. The worst thing was that the room didn’t have a window so it was not pleasant to spend any length of time inside. There was no natural light other than in the bathroom so you needed to turn on the light. Most of the fixtures were very dated and not nice. The layout of the hotel means it’s quite noisy as the rooms are around a central patio so you have people walking past or standing outside talking loudly, dragging suitcases etc. and there is no soundproofing as the door is made of glass. The hotel is right on the beach but at the far end next to a water channel that was quite smelly. It was not pleasant to sit on uncomfortable plastic chairs in this stinky spot. The hotel does not have any comfortable beach chairs, only plastic dining chairs which are not comfortable to relax. We spotted some loungers but were told by the employee that we were only allowed to use ONE PER ROOM. They only have 4 for the whole hotel! We quickly moved to a spot further away from the hotel in the middle of the beach which was more crowded but at least less smelly and we could use reclining chairs from one of the bars. Breakfast was decent. The rest of the time the hotel does not do food but you can order it from a beach bar and they will deliver. We didn’t try it as it took forever to get a couple of drinks so we moved to a different bar. Overall service was quite poor. A table with used breakfast dishes by the pool was left all day and not cleared at 5pm. Our room was not cleaned because we didn’t hang a ‘make up the room’ sign on the door. This was a misunderstanding on our part as it was mentioned in the long list of rules but it’s still rather unusual as a hotel policy. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is delicious, and the hotel location is fantastic. I only wish they offered free water to the guests. I mean, the guests have to buy bottled water.
