房間設施過於簡陋，一進門一眼望穿，沒有杯子，沒有毛巾，洗漱用品也極其簡單。屋內的冰箱裏什麼都沒有，一晚上還吵得不行，不值這個價～

還不錯，離機場很近，如果有過夜航班的話非常方便。房間也很大，但是早餐種類非常少，沒有什麼吃的，總體來説比較推薦。

窗户打不開無法通風。前台服務員在有人排隊的情況下離開了。空調噪音較大。

Nada como atravessar a rua e estar no hotel. Apesar de estar do lado do aeroporto o bloqueio acústico no quarto é excelente e nao se escuta nada.

酒店的價格性價比還是非常不錯的，不好的地方就是離機場近噪音有些大，床單不是特別乾淨。早餐比較簡單一些，尤其是炒的雞蛋，裏面都很多水，不好吃。

房間還可以，但是離機場太近了，12點前是不能入住的。

就在congonhas機場對過，去機場非常方便。

There’s a reception but no service. Can’t extend your stay with them, need to wait for 8am before they can assist you thru whatsapp only, they’ only send website but not the site of the exact building, and they won’t even say immediately if there are no rooms available. They’ll let you see what’s available or not, you need to ask everytime you make a move. And that’s the time that they’ll answer and they’re response is too late, until all rooms are all sold out even from their other buildings. Poor service. Receptionist have no used at all! I do not recommend this place. No extension on check out time as well! We were expecting for an extension but no available rooms in all their buildings and they can’t even say straightly they’ll just send a site for you to see for yourself then when you asked that’s the time that they’ll answer you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Also, lights on hallway are all turned off, they just have motion sensor detector. So too dark when you walk on their hallway.

Apesar do recente apagão elétrico em São Paulo, o hotel conseguiu prestar satisfatoriamente o serviço, mesmo com o sistema de reservas muito lento. A localização é ideal pra quem viaja em Congonhas, melhor impossível.

Excellent for family due to the location and kids enjoy the view to the airport

Estaba todo muy bien, la limpieza u ubicación fue lo que más me gustó.

The breakfast was really good, it starts from 4:00 am to 10:00 am. It’s very good for people came from another side of earth!
