faccio un suggerimento per aiutare i prossimi ospiti, in modo che trovino agevolmente quella piccola strada “Rua Gil Vicente” e non siano costretti a vagare tra le molte Rua Gil Vicente presenti sul territorio, Le vostre indicazioni mi hanno fatto andare sulle colline attorno a Sintra. Dovreste dare come indicazione: Plaza da Republica - Sintra, affianco al posto di turismo c’è una piccola strada dopo 100 metri troverete la casa !! Ma soprattutto sarebbe corretto spiegare che la casa è raggiungibile solo a piedi il centro storico è interdetto ai veicoli non autorizzati e voi non rilasciate un pass per i vostri ospiti. Sono sicuro che io non farò una buona pubblicità alla vostra azienda ! Faço uma sugestão para ajudar os próximos hóspedes, para que possam encontrar facilmente aquela pequena rua 'Rua Gil Vicente' e não sejam obrigados a vaguear entre as muitas Ruas Gil Vicente da zona, As vossas indicações fizeram-me ir para as colinas à volta de Sintra. Deveria dar as suas indicações: Praça da Republica - Sintra, junto ao posto de turismo há uma pequena estrada que após 100 metros encontra a casa! Acima de tudo, seria justo explicar que a casa só pode ser acedida a pé, o centro histórico está interdito a veículos não autorizados e que não emitem um passe para os vossos hóspedes. Tenho a certeza que não vou fazer boa publicidade à vossa empresa!

The most wonderful apar**ents, charmingly furnished. Fully functional kitchen, nice decor. Beautifully tiled bathroom with modern sink and shower. Very close to center, train station. Easy public transport-would not advise driving. Narrow lanes and minimal, if any parking.

Owner was not clear about ability to reach the apar**ent via car. The apar**ent is located in the historic center and access is restricted until 7 pm. We were told that all we had to do was show our reservation to the authorities and they would let us through to drop off our luggage. We were turned away quite strictly and made to park far away. We had to walk a very steep, narrow and dangerous road with cars coming at us in the opposite direction. My daughter’s backpack was actually hit by an oncoming car’s side mirror. If you have anyone in your party with mobility issues, steer clear of this accommodation.

The view from the apar**ent was stunning and it was well-located to the historic centre. But be prepared to park your car elsewhere as you cannot access the apar**ent (even to drop off your luggage) until 7 pm. The owner had told us that we could show our reservation to the authorities and that they would let us through to drop our luggage and then park elsewhere but they turned us away and we had to park far away. The walk up to the house is very steep and narrow with cars coming in the opposite direction. My daughter got hit by a car’s side mirror. It hit her backpack so nothing serious but it was not fun. Another member of our party has mobility issues so that was also challenging. We ended up leaving a day early. Definitely reconsider this location if you have someone with mobility issues (small children or elderly as well.)

Clean. Spacious. Not great communications about location, etc. Seem to forget that jet lagged people might not have much battery left either in the phone or the brain after an overseas flight making it stressful to connect when the location given isn't the actual location of the room.itherwuse really great.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casas de Biquinhas in Sintra. Not only was the 2 bedroom apar**ent clean and comfortable, but the property manager responded quickly and thoroughly to our enquries in English! Our beds were comfortable too. Shower pressure excellent. Spacious showers. No bathtub. While the apar**ent entrance, floors, windows, and kitchen were dated, it was clean and well furnished. We used the dishwasher and supplied detergent. The gas stove worked well. Frying pans look new. Satellite TV worked very well. Instructions provided very much helped for stove, TV, and dishwasher. Everything worked as expected. Finding and unlocking the safe and check in went smoothly. Bonus was early check-in for apar**ent! Much appteciated! Oh and the views of the historic municipal hall tower from the 2 bedrooms and kitchen were impressive. Estrada Macieira 6 was address. Oh and there was a private deck with table and 6 chairs. Overall a 5 star experience that exceeded our expectations. Thank you Casas de Biquinhas! This 2 bedroom apar**ent was more comfyable than similar and slightly more expensive apar**ents in Lisbon, Porto, Manteigas, and Lagos. To access the apar**ent one needs to descend about 12 outside stairs. We would definitely return the next time we are in the Lisbon area. Trains are frequent and cheap between Lisbon and Sintra.

Il est très bien situé, à quelques minutes de marches de tout. Sinon il est facile de prendre un taxi. L’endroit est très calme et tout est propre. Les responsables communiquent régulièrement avec nous par WhatsApp. Les instructions d’arrivée sont claires et faciles à suivre.

Poorest services - room was cold (16C) as space heater wasn't working properly. Management's reply - use the 2 blankets to keep warm. Finally heater was rudely replaced after informing management I would leave an honest review. Blocked kitchen drain. Leaky caulking in shower. Overall, a nigh**arish experience!

A pousada fica a 2 min. do centro, excelente localização. O quarto espaçoso, água quente em todas as torneiras e no chuveiro. Ambiente limpo com toalhas, máquina de lavar louça e frigobar disponíveis. Foi muito agradável.
