i 套房(ISuites)

L'ensemble des suites de ce Boutique Hotel sont très confortables, dans le style cycladique typique. Nous avions une suite avec 2 chambres en duplex, et une grande terrasse extérieure avec piscine "haricot" privée de bonne taille. Très bon confort général et bon niveau de service. Le personnel est très attentionné. 2 bémols : - l'hôtel est dans la campagne à 2 km de Fira, voiture indispensable ou taxi. (nous le savions et avions une voiture de location, donc pas de problème pour nous, mais il faut le savoir !). - les suites, qui ont chacune leur terrasse et leur piscine privée manquent cruellement d'intimité. Aucune séparation digne de ce nom et chaque famille occupante a donc une vue totale sur les autres autour d'elle. Une vraie haie végétale suffirait pourtant à assurer cette intimité. Sinon vraiment bien !

Les suites sont très confortables avec vue surprenante sur mer. Le lever de soleil est une merveille à ne pas rater. Séjour magnifique! Personnel très compétent, serviable, sympathique et gentil. Merci pour tout!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο , όπως στις φωτογραφίες και ακόμα καλύτερο. Το πρωινό επίσης καλό, είχε ποικιλία και η ποσότητα ικανοποιητική! Όσον αφορά την φιλοξενία, εξαιρετική, οι άνθρωποι του este ήταν πολύ προσιτοί και πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν στα πάντα! Η τοποθεσία επίσης πολύ βολική για την Σαντορίνη. Ήταν όλα τέλεια, μπράβο παιδιά, ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Wir haben Ende Mai / Anfang Juni eine Woche in den Este Luxury Suites verbracht. Die Unterkunft war komfortabel, sehr sauber und jeden Morgen erwartete uns ein tolles Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausnehmend freundlich und engagiert. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war sehr gut! Eine absolute Empfehlung für Santorin!

The villa was stunning and had everything you needed. Both rooms very spacious, and villa is tastfully decorated. Amazing views of the sea, good-sized pool and terrace. We had a fantastic breakfast every day, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Very tranquil area, can faintly hear rooster and birds at sunrise. It was great to come back to after a busy day visiting Fira and Oia. Fira town centre was a few mins in Taxi, and Oia was 30min on bus from Fira centre. Daily housekeeping with fresh towels is a plus. Would love to go again, all my family and friends asking for details after seeing my social media stories. If the pool was heated, it would have been a 10/10 experience. Unfortunately, we were not able to actually swim as it was still a bit too cold, even though the weather went up to 23°-24°. Managed to have a slight dip. I think a full-length mirror somewhere in the villa would be good.

Wow….What a beautiful place. Myself and my partner have just got home after spending a long weekend at este luxury suites and it was spectacular. On arrival we were greeted by one of the reception team who sat with us for a while to give us information about the island, which restaurants they recommend and how to organise transport. Every single one of the staff members we spoke to were incredibly polite and so welcoming. We had a suite with our own pool and a sea view, it was paradise. There is not one bad thing I could say about this place, just be aware it is a difficult walk to the town so car, quad or buggy is recommended but the staff will arrange all this for you if it’s something you want! The breakfast is amazing, every morning a selection of food is brought to your room, this was one of our favourite parts as the food was delicious! If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing break, then this is 100% the place for you. Absolutely tranquil. Santorini is a place I’d say everyone has to visit at least once in their lifetime and I’m beyond happy with our choice to stay at este luxury suites!

This looks beautiful but on my arrival I was given a different room. I had booked the 2 bed executive suite but was given the supreme room ( smaller ) with cave pool. I questioned this and was told I had an upgrade!! This was not an upgrade as the room was smaller and the second bedroom with my 17yr old son did not have a door!! We were put in suite 8 which is directly next to the maintenance room where the cleaners and workers gather. They talk very loudly from 8am and during the night you can hear constantly the sewage, water and plumbing sounds in the main bedroom. It’s so loud I struggled to sleep. Thirdly the breakfast is good but when delivered they walked through our small pool area to deliver to the other rooms rather than using the other suites separate foot path. I felt this was quite intrusive as this was our own private villa and pool area. This was very disappointing all in all.

The suite was heaven. Breakfast every morning was delicious and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. Daily housekeeping was to a 5 * standard. Este went above and beyond to make our holiday outstanding. A special mention to Despoina and the team.
