服務差。糟糕的預訂體驗

我們選擇希臘聖托里尼島作為慶祝這一特殊場合的理想目的地，以此來慶祝我們的十週年紀念日，我們預訂了在那裡的四晚假期。 我們透過*******預訂了聖托里尼島 Carpe Diem 酒店的套餐假期，並對他們所有的套房進行了廣泛的研究，確定了我們想要的套房，甚至更改了我們的旅行日期以選擇這個特定的套房。 我們晚上 9 點降落，大約 10 點到達酒店，酒店熱情地為我們提供了飲料，還有人帶我們去房間。當我們走向房間時，我們注意到這不是我們預訂的套房，並詢問工作人員我們原來預訂的房間發生了什麼事。他說他不知道，會幫我們查一下，但不幸的是飯店已經訂滿了，沒有空房間了。我們預訂阿斯特拉套房的原因是為了隱私，我們知道它不是酒店裡最好和最昂貴的套房，但我們選擇的套房非常適合我們和我們的需求。然後我們被告知，我們被升級到了另一間套房，酒店認為這是最好的，但在我們看來，它並不私密，因為外面就有一條走道，所以任何走過的人都可以看到裡面。這就是為什麼我們選擇了酒店盡頭的更便宜、更私密的套房。我們好心地表示，我們之前從未收到過升級通知，如果真是這樣，我們會拒絕並堅持我們原來的預訂。不提供替代套房，而是將我們原來的套房給了別人，這讓我們非常失望。我們無能為力，只好住在他們提供的套房裡過夜，希望第二天能整理和解決這個問題，因為當時已經很晚了，而且酒店沒有經理可以直接交談。 第二天，我們去見了助理經理，解釋了我們的失望並要求入住我們原來預訂的套房。他們所定義的升級可能對每個人來說都不一樣，隱私對我們來說是最重要的，但他們提供的套房卻不是。我們得到的答覆是，沒有經理可以交談，而且他們不知道什麼時候會到飯店。儘管我們多次要求，但在我們入住的 4 個晚上，酒店裡始終沒有經理。正如任何人都可以想像的那樣，我們感到沮喪，並且確實表達了我們的沮喪。那天晚些時候，助理經理找到我們，告訴我們樓上還有另一間套房，與我們最初預訂的套房類似，所以我們決定入住，儘管這間套房比我們最初預訂的要低，但卻能滿足我們預訂假期所需的隱私。 我們認為這很令人滿意，並嘗試享受在這裡的時光並接受這個房間。我們搬動了行李，打開行李箱，安頓好房間。當天晚些時候，我們收到了預訂團隊的一封電子郵件，他們指責我們透過威脅員工和客人製造了騷亂（我們與他們沒有任何互動）

My wife and I had the opportunity to go on holiday without our child - the first time in 12 years - so we decided to make the most of it. We couldn't have picked a better hotel or location. From the minute we stepped foot into the hotel grounds we got the feeling of exclusivity and privacy. On arrival, we were given a welcome drink while our checking-in process was completed. We had about an hour's wait until our room was going to be ready (we were early) so we took the opportunity to have a spot of lunch. The food was lovely, we had the beef patties and Meze. Once we had finished lunch it was time to go to our room - by which I mean a magnificent suite! Very private, very clean, and very spacious. It really was awesome. We went for dinner at Santio Wines. 20 Euros in a taxi but well worth it. Superb for evening sunset and the food was very, very good. Book in advance as it gets busy. You have to spend 50 euros each if you want a front-row seat. You won't find this difficult, especially if you have wine tasting. Trust me, Its worth every penny Cut to breakfast the next morning. My advice is to have everything, you won't be disappointed. The rule of thumb is that there will be an egg dish, a salad, fresh fruit, a sticky pudding, and a slice of savory filo pie. You can have as much or as little as you want. We were served/looked after by Mary, who was very attentive and friendly. We miss Mary. After breakfast, we explored the village of Pyrgos. The walk up to the church is steep, especially the first bit out of the hotel. If you have any mobility issues you will struggle to walk out of the hotel (the actual hotel is fine). Pyrgos is a great little village. Plenty of restaurants in the main square . In the afternoon we went on a semi-private Caldera Gold Sunset Cruise. At 200 euros per person its a bit expensive but the food was great and the catamaran is limited to 16 guests. Plenty of space on board and a really good crew. And of course a great view of the spectacular sunset. We had a day at Perivolos Beach (30 euros each way, 2 sunbeds 70 euros). From what we saw on the boat this beach was the best in respect of amenities and choice of restaurants. The sea was calm and great for swimming. We had the Degustation Menu on our last evening (140 euros per person). This is the chef's signature tasting menu. Nothing short of superb and worth every euro. We were served by Able. A lovely chap who thoughtfully explained each dish. During our stay, we enjoyed a private yoga lesson on our terrace and each had a massage in the Spa. We would both recommend these additions. Our final morning was spent shopping in Fira (30 euros each way). Some great shops and jewelers. Get up high for the cafes which offer superb views and coffee. Our flight wasn't 10.00pm so we organized a late check-out (8.00pm) Appreciate its another expense but check with the hotel to see if you can get a late check-out (400 euros) - it just meant we could get those

Magnifique hôtel avec vue à couper le souffle sur l’île et le volcan. Si vous voulez admirez un magnifique coucher de soleil en buvant un verre depuis votre terrasse c’est par ici que ça se passe ! Le service est digne d’un 5 étoiles et le Personnel très à l’écoute et disponible. Les chambres sont très grandes et très bien équipées. Enfin le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Amazing place with the best view of the island, everything was fantastic including the breakfasts, service, room and location. Nice quiet location away from the chaos in oia, will be going here again in the future. Perfect place for couples
