Kleinschalige hotel met fijn personeel. De man achter de receptie is erg vriendelijk en helpt je bij al je vragen over het eiland en het verblijf. Wij hadden een standaard kamer op de eerste verdieping. De kamer was goed onderhouden en was schoon toen wij aankwamen. De kamer was iets kleiner dan wij verwachtten, maar had alles wat je nodig hebt (airco, gratis kluisje en ruime koelkast). Bij aankomst was de kamer was nog niet klaar, maar dat werd gecompenseerd door het personeel. Het ontbijt is prima, de dame die dit verzorgd was erg vriendelijk. De schoonmakers nemen hun tijd en kwamen vaak pas later in de middag, dit was iets minder. Het was wel goed schoon. Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen mochten wij nog een keer naar Santorini gaan.

Super Lage des Hotels, direkt am Strand von Kamari, dort gibt es kostenlose, hoteleigene Liegen und Stühle Sehr edle und noble Pool Anlage und Liegen mit Getränke und snackbar, Pool Handtücher gibt es auf Anfrage Personal sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit, Rezeption bis 21 Uhr abends besetzt Zimmer sauber, bequeme Betten, privater Eingang, Kühlschrank, Safe, Pflegeprodukte - alles da Frühstücksbuffet ist super vielfältig, von allem was dabei (Ei, Obst, Lachs, Wurst, Käse, Brot, Croissants, Kekse, Gemüse, Säfte, Stückchen), sehr hochwertig. Auch die Nähe zum Flughafen ist top

Fantastic location to be. Room very basic but is nice and tidy. The only minus is the bathroom, it is small, outdated and locally rusty and with fungusparts on the ceiling. In our case a bid overpaid. The breakfast is basic but ok. There is a small pool and free beds on the beach. Take your watershoes with you as the beach is with vulcano rocks and hardly to walk on with bare food. The room will be cleaned every day.

Ok so if you’re looking for just a basic hotel this is it. Pluses : Nice pool Near the beach Minuses Room is very basic Shower is small no extractor fan so is boiling but there is window so you can wave to the other guests while you’re taking your shower. There are no chairs in the room so the only place you can sit is on the bed. There are no shelves in the room to put anything. There is no wardrobe so you have to hang your clothes on a pole. Only about 5 hangers so all of your clothes will stay in the suitcase. Advertised as having WiFi but there is no WiFi in the room. You’re situated in a direct flight path. This hotel doesn’t have a restaurant they do serve snacks during the day with a bar, so in the evening you can explore the restaurants in the area, along the ***** and there are plenty of them. The male receptionist is unfriendly, doesn’t want to or can’t be be bothered to help you, seems annoyed at anything you ask him. Other staff members are friendly and helpful. Cleaning is done daily and fresh towels everyday. This is not a cheap hotel yet the feel of it is! Would I come here again ??? I don’t think so.

Don’t waste your money. The one good thing was that the room cleaners were excellent at cleaning the room each day. Moving to the negatives. The customer service was abysmal. We asked the receptionist is hire a car for us (a service they provide). On the day the car was supposed to arrive, the company were delayed by 1.5 hours. I accept this is not the fault of the hotel, however, when I asked to call the English speaking car hire I was told I couldn’t. When the reception called them for me, speaking in English, they said the car hire said they would be another 30 mins. This would have made the hire start at 12:00 so half way through the day. I asked if they would look to give some discount for this, and the receptionist took it upon himself to cancel the car hire, in front of me on the phone… telling them “you don’t need this, just cancel it”. Obviously if I could have spoken to the car hire I could have had this conversation myself. When I challenged the receptionist on this he shouted at me in the reception and told me “it wasn’t his issue.” and to “go somewhere else and get a car! We aren’t helping you!” I asked to speak to his manager and he told me “that’s not anything to do with you”, asked from his name and again he told me “you don’t need to know that”. I found out it was either LJ or Ubi. He was an aggressive, rude and argumentative man. Following on form this, one of the lovely cleaners called the manager who was in Athens and let me speak with her. The manager told me that “it wasn’t her problem and that I just wanted money off the booking” and also that “they will not help us find another company”. What I actually wanted was for her to tell me how she would manage the rude staff member, but that did not happen. The other staff in reception were generally not helpful and rude. The staff at breakfast and in the snack bar were cold or on their phones. Making it awkward if you were to approach them. Customer service, like I say, needs a massive amount of work. The rooms are not as advertised, no air con in some rooms. Shower rail was rusty. Light fitting hanging off ceiling. Screw sticking off of wall, dangerous for catching skin. The air con, that was in the main room, had a pipe going to the balcony with a bottle to catch the water. just generally looked awful. Pool loungers were comfy but paint flaking away from them. The men’s toilet in the snack bar didn’t have a working lock. Spend your money sensibly and stay somewhere that cares about their guests. There is a Radisson Blue nearby, I recommend staying there.
