Reservamos el alojamiento con bastantes meses de antelación, nos aseguramos que al llegar de noche estuvieran para abrirnos la habitación. Sorpresa, el anfitrión estaba drogado en su casa y nos canceló la reserva al llegar de madrugada. Penosa experiencia no se la recomiendo a nadie, a parte seguimos intentando recuperar el dinero del alojamiento por parte de Booking, plataforma la cual no recomiendo usar porque es otra estafa, después de llamar 60 veces por lo menos, enviar hasta nuestra alma en documento se siguen riendo de nosotros poniendo excusas baratas. De verdad no os alojéis aquí, y recomiendo encarecidamente que NO USÉIS BOOKING.

Hôtel à 10 minutes à pieds du centre de Fira. Petit hôtel géré par une dame extrêmement gentille, aux petits soins. Chambre spacieuse, très propre, literie très confortable. Accès piscine sur une terrasse, possibilité de faire du spa. Je recommande ++++

Cosa dire.... sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura!! Perché?... Siamo arrivati a Santorini alle 2:30 di mattina causa ritardo aereo... Avevamo prenotato il taxi ...ma durante il tragitto per arrivare al Romantic resort il taxista ci ha comunicato che ci avrebbe portati in un altra location... perché ....prima era rotta la piscina...poi il bagno...poi ci ha detto che praticamente la nostra stanza ( prenotata e pagata un paio di mesi prima) non c'era... Allora stanchi e arrabbiati ci siamo fatti accompagnare al Romantic...li c'era il proprietario Kosmas... Che ci ha ribadito che non c'era la stanza...e che per la notte ci aveva trovato un altra sistemazione...ma che il giorno dopo avrebbe risolto la cosa..... così siamo andati in un altra location...nervosi e stanchi non abbiamo chiuso occhio...il giorno dopo siamo andati alla reception per farci chiamare Kosmas... (Come da accordi presi poche ore prima) ma la sua risposta al telefono è stata.... questa è la vostra sistemazione...se non vi piace rivolgetevi a booking... Delusi e arrabbiati... visto che eravamo anche in luna di miele... abbiamo deciso di rimanere lì... Per non rovinarci la vacanza...Kosmas in 8 giorni non si è fatto né vedere né sentire... Poco corretto per niente affidabile...

We stayed at this hotel for one night at the end of our trip, expecting it to be the best hotel of our stay on several Greek islands, but we were left disappointed by the state of the room and the service. We paid for a room with sea view, though the terrace and view were the only good features it had. The room itself and especially the bathroom were very run-down and basic, definitely not what you would expect from a hotel which calls itself a resort or 'romantic'. We stayed in cheaper hotels during our trip which were in much better condition and in a better location. The streets leading to this hotel don't have pavement and are not well-lit, which didn't feel safe when we walked there in the evening. On top of that, there were additional charges for several things, such as luggage storage. Storage was only for free if you booked airport transfer from the hotel, which costs 30 euros. As the airport bus only charges 1.80 euros, this is not a great deal. I never had to pay for luggage storage in any hotel I ever stayed at. Fortunately, the host was friendly and welcoming, but after staying in much better hotels at cheaper rates, I was happy to only stay in this hotel for one night.
