We had the expectation that our hot tub is right outside our room but we had to go one level above instead. I would expect that it would be mentioned in the booking that it is split level. Disappointing.

The best place to stay in Santorini It was a pleasant time. The staff (Maria) and co workers amazing people. The hotel has the best view from the room! Jacuzzi and breakfast served in a private terrace. Nothing obstructing the view. Food was delicious. The location is great! Walking distance of anything in Fira. Close to public transportation, to the cable car, restaurants, etc. The hotel seems like recently painted. All look like brand new.

Christina, the receptionist, was very accomodating and polite, always greeted my husband and I with a smile and also sent me messages and texts with permission about things to do and other information requested. The room itself was spacious and clean. We loved the double sinks and shower heads. I thought I had made a reservation for a room with a jacuzzi tub outside overlooking the sea, but it turned out it was inside the room instead. Lovely breakfast ready to order at our door at our requested time. We couldn't have had a more pleasant stay!

Vue exceptionnelle de la terrasse ! Chambre joliment décorée. Vraiment dans une cave comme son nom il indique.
