Great apartment, spacious and comfy. Our check in took very long. We were exhausted and tired and didn't need to spend over an hour talking about what we already knew. He was trying to be helpful, but ignorant of our condition. Check in should be quick and fast, no need to try to sell us car rental, excursions, etc on arrival. We already had everything planned. They don't apply paper towels or laundry detergent. Store across the street sells it. About a 10 min walk to the bus station.

Liza and Kostantinos are a credit to this hotel, they made our stay so very brilliant by providing the best information and booking the very best restaurants and excursions for us.BEST BREAKFAST EVER!

We were a group of 7 with 3 villas, the grand suite, a petite suite and a superior suite. All were amazing and immaculate. You are provided with a list each day to select your breakfast for the following day. The selection is great and the food really good. Liza and christiontinos were perfect hosts. They will recommend and book places to eat for you. They cannot do enough for you. The pool area is nice and quiet also. Highly recommend

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel. We stayed in Junior Suite 2 and it was great. The room was really spacious with a table and 4 chairs and 2 lounges that could be used as single beds and of course a king size bed. There was plenty of room to move around. The bathroom was also quite spacious with separate rooms for the shower and the toilet. It is a relatively new hotel and is furnished very tastefully. There was a hot tub on her balcony which was quite private. The staff were outstanding. Lisa couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, from organising tours, providing restaurant information as well as answering all of our questions. She really is a major asset to this hotel.Costa was also great. He welcomed us each evening when we came back from dinner and was always genuinely interested in our day. The location of the hotel is also good. It is about a 10 min walk (uphill) to the centre so quite close but away from the hurly burly of the town. Breakfast is ordered the night before and there is a large range of things to choose from. it is then delivered to your room in the morning. On our last day we also discovered Irene’s shop at the front of the hotel. It is only opened a few hours a day but certainly has some bargains in it.

Excellent service and really made to feel welcome by the hosts. They had great suggestions, helped with transportation and bookings for restaurants and tours. Breakfast was excellent and they even packed us a take away breakfast for an early flight we had. Highly recommended.

This is a fabulous boutique hotel. I have no complaints at all. It is located about 5-10 minutes from the center. Closed enough yet away from the busy crowds. Staff service was excellent. Housekeeping and (breakfast) room service were fantastic. Front desk, Liza ,was amazing with recommendations and being attentive to my needs and questions. I missed the breakfast serving window due to early flight departures. Liza offered a breakfast box instead. Although they were a smaller boutique hotel, they definitely tried to serve as a 5-star hotel with the personal touch The room was nice. Spacious, clean and comfortable. It was exactly like the photos, no misleading photo touched up. Nice view at the hot tub too!
