The breakfast is amazing. Location is really close to many shopping centers and points of interest. There is also a perfect view of the sunset every night. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The crypt room is amazing, the inside pool is great!

We booked Sophia “Luxury” Suites expecting a premium experience in Santorini, but were met with poor communication, substandard accommodations, and shockingly rude service. From the start, the receptionist, Maria, was cold, dismissive, and visibly impatient. Other staff spoke no English, so we had to rely on Google Translate for even basic requests—a frustrating challenge at a hotel claiming to be high-end. The room, described as “luxury,” smelled of mildew, was not well cleaned, and lacked attention to detail. It fell far short of the standard expected at this price point. We tried to enjoy the sunset from the spa, which does offer a beautiful view, and ordered dinner. The steak was nearly impossible to chew—but we let it slide. No need to let a tough meal ruin a beautiful evening. Unfortunately, the spa water was cold. When we asked if it could be warmed, we were told it could only reach 25°C—with no explanation. Later, when the air turned colder, another staff member told us—via Google Translate—it wasn’t his responsibility. Wrapped in towels, we went to the office, only to be met with hostility. Maria kept interrupting and cited a vague website line about 27°C “for guest comfort.” If it’s cold, how is that comfortable? When we asked to speak with a manager, she became combative immediately and yelled over us. When we raised our voices just to be heard, Maria shouted “Get out!” and threatened to call the police—for simply asking for help. Never again

Vistas increíbles La habitación amplia y decorada con gusto.Las vistas a Caldera increíble. Zona tranquila a comparacion de Fira o Oia. Terraza compartida con la habitación del lado. Y a mejorar por el precio pagado por la habitación es el desayuno, cuando te presentan las diferentes opciones de desayuno en la habitación parece algo exclusivo y luego te traen un take away con las bolsas ,cartones y vasos de café de usar y tirar.... El desayuno llegó tarde y mientras esperabamos no pudimos hacernos ni el café propuesto con la cafetera de la habitación ya que estaba vacía de agua..
